Defective product, zero warranty support from seller.

I purchased an electric scooter from nmd24.de online for Euro 2400. During the first 15 km of use, it broke down and left me stranded 3 times and functioned only intermittently. After that, before 50 km of total use, it stopped working completely within 3 months of purchase. To this day I have not been able to use the scooter. The company nmd24.de has done nothing to support the product warranty despite my repeated begging. Now I am forced to engage a lawyer to fight for my rights and hopefully some warranty support. A very disappointing and uncomfortable experience to say the least!
