It did not help to be logged out and have to close all windows and clear all data to get back in. The chat conversation was good and the training itself is good. I received emails saying I could renew for $5.00 and it cost me $7.50.

It was overall good experience except for 1 or 2 questions on the quiz that were not answered in the video portion. I was asked a question about hand washing on the quiz that did not have a correct answer. You don't wash your hands in a dish sink, mop sink, or only the bathroom.
