Unreasonable service costs increase without explanation

Right before the Christmas holidays 2024 we received an invoice for increased service-costs for the year 2023 (2024 was almost over). The amount was unreasonable, made no sense in electricity consumption in common areas of the building, and it was equal for all the apartments in 3 NMG buildings (!). NMG ignored all the clarification requests, didn't answer the phone-calls, provided no reaction to the tickets about this topic in their own Tenants Portal. After they made a promised recalculation the sum to pay simply increased without proper explanation again. And it was increased equally for the tenants of at least 2 building out of 3, which doesn't make the recalculation trustworthy.
Apparently NMG lacks order in the administrative work, the expertise and professionalism levels are extremely doubtful. Communication is one-directional, in fact it is just absent. Explanations are not transparent or absent.
Even 1 star is too much. If you have alternative rental agencies, go for them. NMG will be a bad choice.

The support service is useless

The support service is useless

For every single step to leave an appointment with have to chase them up

To get new tenant for visit, I called many times to get the inspection on time , to finally plan it ( it's their job not mine)

When all is finished - this is not the end - I needed to call them several time to get my deposit back (all green on my side during the inspection)

I really not advice to go with them - worst service I ever had to deal with - each day a different speech that doesn't match with what they said the day before

Very bad service and unprofessional…

Very bad service and unprofessional employees, the only concern about this agency is little work, ask for money and not solving your issues or break their contract obligations! I rented an apartment in Huis ter Heide, the building is 6 years old and there is no isolation, every noise is heard, as simple as a flush of the toilet, unbelievable! Very expensive rents, no maintenance and no service, don’t rent with these people!

This is the worst rental company you…

This is the worst rental company you cand find. They simple don't care about the tenants and their complains . If you have other options , go for it . Run away from nmg . Multiple failures in a brand new apartment and no actions taken form ngm. Worst costumer service ever the reply is always "that subject is with much colleague , is not here but he will call you back " they never call. Working/ support hours are also a comedy

A classic example of a company that…

A classic example of a company that takes advantage of the poor housing market to treat its client with indifference, ignoring all the requests and placing blame on the tenants for all the (many) issues we have in our building. It’s regrettable to be their clients, and I would never done it if I had any other option.
