V. Good experience
Friendly staff. The car was waiting for me when I reached the airport. Very smooth experience. The only downside is that I have received a car different from the one mentioned on the website.

Very special Experience
Honestly it was my best experience ever in lebanon for renting car, since the initiation conversation start with “Leina” and she did her best to find me the car i really looking for, within my budget till she finalize all documents very smooth, not only this but she was making sure that i am happy and satisfied and doing well in Lebanon after she knows that i am in Vacation alone, that was super care honestly from just an agent you know through a phone call or chat to rent a car.
More and above the service was more than amazing “Abed” the messenger who brought me the car to the airport on arrival was following up with me 2 days before my flight, although 3 changes happened on my arrival time but he was super cool to change the meeting time and all the time he was wishing me a safe trip also when i gave him the car back in airport he was on time and super descent.
More and above they are very committed to give me back my insurance money one time no second late.
And the car was super clean, brand new and with car play.
My experience was more than amazing and every time i will rent my car with them.
Highly recommended.

Excellent service, clean and reliable trouble-free car. They offered to pick me up from the airport and drive me to my hotel and left the car with me. They also came to my hotel and drove me to the airport. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely rent from them again on my next trip.
