It presents many options and/or additions to the diet plan for those who are interested. I'm not, at 82, really interested in making this a life-plan - just a short term loss and healthy food choices... See more

Food selection looks interesting, but why too many attempts to upsell

On 22nd March was charged £15:99 for a month subscription when I should have been charged £8:49 which is what no.Diet advertised at that moment.
When I proceeded with the purchase I realised that it would renew. For this reason I cancelled strait away, but on 23rd April I was charged £31:98 for a month. This means that a year subscription would be £383.76! I have contended this charge. No.Diet although maintaining they are right?? They have refunded. The way in which no.Diet business is structured creates a big mistrust and strong doubts about this company being a trustworthy trader.
UPDATE. The more you dig the worst it gets!
I have emailed no.Diet as they have asked me to do in their response to by feedback.
I mentioned “the fact that you charged me £15:99 for the first month when you should have charged me £8:49 which is what your site said.” Your Ivy Brooks has written saying “... (she is) unable to match these amounts to our current subscription offers or billing structure...” therefore no.Diet is not accepting the £7:50 I had claimed back. No.Diet has refused insinuating that I’m inventing the £8.49 figure. I’m not only short of money but offended.
No.Diet has never answered my email.
It’s cynical that they can affirm, as they said to me,”... We take concerns about a scam, chargeback, legal issue, or financial injury seriously, and are actively working on improvements.”??

Not fond of being offered one more thing after another which of course just keeps adding up the money I’m spending.
Don’t like some things being on a subscription & it’s up to me to keep track of when to cancel if I don’t want to continue.

I did not like all the "extra" offers at the end. I just wanted to try it out for a week to see if it will work for me. Not ready to make such an investment in something unproven.

Actually, my granddaughter helped me. But it wasn’t your fault. I just was impatient! I’m going to start using the recipes now. Thank you

Very frustrated with all the offers at the end that I had to go through

I was able to find the plan I wanted, but you keep pushing other items I am not interested in. I just need a plan to follow in hopes of losing the belly fat I have gained because of health issues. Not being able to exercise has been a problem.
