I bought 2 bras and knickers to match. Knickers were as comfortable as the bras and make a real difference to my figure

I love this Company, their bras are truly amazing, so comfortable, so well made, fit brilliantly, they wash and wear well, I don't think I will every buy another make. My favourite is the Darcy. I also cannot praise enough their customer service, I spoke to a lovely lady called Kim as I had (totally my fault ordered the wrong size) and a replacement is already on its way. If you are in any doubt about ordering from this Company don't be, they will also guide you to buying the correct bra and you will not regret it.

Absolutely fantastic bras, my daughter struggled to find a bra that was comfortable, so a friend recommended No1 bra , they were great and my daughter is very happy with her new bras

Awful experience and customer service.

I bought two bras and within four months I realised that one of them had started to fray.

I sent pictures and returned the bra to the company in August. Their response was that there was no fault with their bra and that the specific section of the bra must of been exposed to high temperatures.

They disregard the fact that I had purchased two identical bras and they had both been washed following the product instructions or the fact that if I had washed the bra on a higher temperature - the whole bra would have been effected.
Following on from the initial response, I have been told that the bra is going off for testing however, it has now been over a month and my emails are starting to be ignored.

Having recently bought a couple of bras, they are comfy and a lovely feel to them BUT.... by accident I put my old trusted non wired bra on and I realised in No 1 bra that I walk taller, clothes look better, I feel great and comfy and my girls are where they should be. No going back now, just need their strapless when it arrives!! And the service was fab too

I had worn my No 1 bra 4 times when the stitching on a strap came undone. I personally returned it to the HQ in Wheathampstead. It was to be a simple repair taking a few minutes, I could easily have done it myself but thought I should let them know about this shoddy wormmanship. I have received a "promise" of its return in an email, but almost 2 weeks later I have still not received the repaired bra back - or perhaps a replacement? IS THERE ANYONE THERE?

Help and knowledge and helpful attitude of sales team was reassuring and top notch.

As always a great experience with No1 Bra...Personal fitting to ensure you are comfortable; not rushed at all and even let me take an extra one away with me, at no cost, to ensure I got the best fit for me ... and then I just dropped the one that I didn't need back to them! I wont be returning to the traditional bra now that I have found these :)

Lovely staff, we went for a fitting with Alice who was lovely and friendly , they sent out the bras and they are lovely quality and fit perfectly ! Actually seem supportive and comfy too!

Needed a new bra and decided it was time to invest in the right underwear.

The whole experience of being measured and shown tips on how to correctly put on the garments and position the ladies was really helpful.
The bra, underwear and body are really beautiful and well-made and transform my silhouette. I was surpirsed how good I looked both in the underwear and with clothes on top.
I feel slimmer, more secure and most importantly comfortable. Hubby was impressed too, bonus but they were bought for me.
I also purchased a sports no-bounce bra which is fantastic. I run twice weekly and it's brilliant. Highly recommend for ladies with boobs doing sports.

This is my second Ava bra. It is very comfortable. However, as soon as I wear it the hardware on the back twist immediately, both sides. Please can we have some larger size cups too?

SOOOOOO comfy 100% worth the money

I have just received my 4th Darcey bra, my size had changed but this was not a problem as with Kim's assistance I was soon sorted size wise. I have bought around 6 No1 bras and they are all so well made and very comfortable.

Excellent quick service. New bras so very comfortable fit so well and supportive. Not washed yet as only worn this week for first time but hopefully will keep shape.

I am so impressed with the quality of these bras! I absolutely love the sports bra- it is definitely the most comfortable and stylish sports bra I have ever had! I would be really interested if you started to make bikinis! :-)

Kim was brilliant at my fitting. I got exactly what I asked for a bra that supported but didn’t dig in. I really forget I’m wearing it is so comfortable. Really recommend the Darcey bra.
