I have been looking to get a bra fitting for a while and wish I had done it sooner
The fitting was great and made to feel comfortable and indeed no pressure to buy

Can’t fault the customer service however I have four Ava bras now all in various sizes, none of which fit me correctly. Unfortunately I am in between sizes in their bras, can see why people find them comfy though.

Just waiting on someone to tell me how I send them all back ? I have emailed in.

It says date of experience but been back and fourth with them since end of March.

Incredible customer service and excellent quality items

Not only is the bra the most comfortable I have ever had, the ladies in the company are friendly, fun and totally professional. Wish I had known about this company years before, would have saved years of uncomfortable underwire bras and a bra strap that never stayed in my shoulder. Every lady needs to visit this pot of gold!

Tried the Ava bra this time and was very happy with the fit.

An extraordinary customer service! If you have not bought from them before, I advise telephoning for a consultation first as they listen and give excellent advice. If the bra does not fit, very easy and no nonsense returns.

These bras are so comfortable. I've just had breast implants removed after 24 years & I been trying to find a bra. I've tried over 15 different bras from many different shops. Being older, menspausal, & needing a bra with some wider side support, I googled just that & found 'No 1 Bras' the 1st one I ordered didn't fit so I rang them to arrange a return for a refund. I spoke to a lovely lady named Kim, she was so helpful & empathetic, she listened to what I needed & suggested that I tried a different bra. She sent me 2 sizes & one fits absolutely perfect, so I've ordered another in a different colour. These ladies understand what us ladies need. The wires are wider so don't dig in & the sides of the bras are wider too, but they still look so stylish & elegant. They go to do much trouble to ensure you find the right bra for you. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

The while experience of buying a bra has changed…for the better! Fantastic, friendly company who understand women’s bodies. For tye first time in my life i have a bra that doesn’t dig nto my back, nor gives me side overspill, nor has a wire cutting into my boob and more importantly the straps stay up! A few tweaks to the traditional bra coupled with a company who listen to women…JACKPOT!!! Recommend this company highly

I have been so impressed with both the quality of the bras I have purchased & also the exchange service provided. I ordered three different bras, but found the one style was absolutely perfect for me. I arranged an exchange of the two other bras for the style I preferred for another black & also one in the skintone. Royal Mail have collected my return bras & I now awaiting my refund, which I have no doubt will run as smoothly as the ordering & exchange service received

Bras are very poorly made cut into like razor wire, no they haven't been made or designed differently, they're a cheap underwired bra end of...like many others I caved to social media targeted ads, and the promise of comfort...what I can tell you it is the worst bra, and experience to date ...from the lecture on how to measure myself when I know very well my size from me telling them the 34 was far too big on the band, and them insisting I measure myself, I did, I'm a 32 and then insisting on sending a 36 WTAF !!!! I Now have yet again 2 bras to try that I do not want, and have no bloody interest in, the only thing I'm likely to do is to keep one and punt it on ebay by way of getting my money back ... Very very fed up !!
