I’ve had multiple appointments with No 1 hair&beauty salon and my experience has always been amazing. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. all the staff are incredibly talented, My nails always look so natural and perfect.I really couldn’t be happier every time I leave the salon.I would highly recommend all of them and this salon to anyone who is looking for talented and experienced nail technician and hairdressers.
Also salon is under new management which is incredible! Angel and Veronika are amazing...

Yesterday I had a very bad experience with eyebrow tinting. The shape and color were very, very bad. I do not advise anyone to go for eyebrows tinting

I just wanted a trim but the hairdresser cut it way too short. Won't go there again...listen to what your customers want !

A simple shellac, didn’t care to even check nails were all the same length and shape, I had to ask as I already could see they were not. Charged extra for manicure just to remove cuticles, nails bumpy and overall not good, she was rushing and didn’t care at all

I went for shellac manicure at No1 and the girl was amazing. Very precise and delicate. The result could last more than 3 weeks. A bit disappointed when I went to just remove the polish because there was another girl and she was a bit rough and the result was not very good.

I am a regular i gone there lots of time. Today i book an appointment for 6:15. I was late 5 minutes and the staff there very rude they will not see me WOW on my money u think i will beg service u are wrong.I will completely avoid this place onwards. Very unprofessional does not care about customer and are after money. Avoid this place! The one she seat at computer she did this 2 times she is sending customer away. Your lost not mine.

NEVER GET HIGHLIGHTS FROM THIS PLACE!!
I went in thinking this store was highly rated and I would get a professional finish, I WAS WRONG. I had extremely streaky highlights, my ROOTS WERE ORANGE. The bleach had leaked into my roots of hair THAT WERENT SUPPOSED TO BE HIGHLIGHTED even though she used foils. A complete botched job for £80.

Had my eyebrows waxed with Veronica. 100% the best experience I have had, it was relaxing, she did the whole thing in such detail from waxing to plucking to trimming. Over the moon with the outcome!

I had just moved to London and needed a place to get some self-care. I found No.1 Hair and Beauty via a Google search. The service is exceptional and the staff were so accommodating. I did an eye grow wax as a test and I was more than satisfied. After this, I decided to stick to them for other services. I particularly enjoy my pedicure (by Mica) since I get a chair massage and warm tea/coffee at the same time. Thus far, I have had two facials and I must say Monica takes great care of your face. Thumbs up ladies.

I will certainly return.

A salon with great service and an easy to book website

This salon is the best i’ve ever been to. I do my acrylic nails there and always I go out very satisfied. They do it very professionally and they last for 4-5 weeks. I discovered this place in summer and I wouldn’t change it to any other.

It was perfect 👌 my first time here, I think I had the first waxing (legs) painless ever! Thanks to Mikica (?)
