The products were shipped and packed great. The shipping was super fast and free. Products came as described. Had one little issue and it was fixed within 5 minutes. Recommend shopping from this company.

Prices excellent, shipping and tracking on par, would recommend securing parcel with clear tape, my shipment's box popped upon transit. It would make it harder to get into!

My order arrived several days earlier than expected which was great. Returning part of my order was simply a click of a button and a prepaid sticker was created for returning the item.No hassle at all. When I messaged the company to ask advice the response was quick and helpful. I would defifitely order from this company again.

The wire connections on the instruction diagram must have been for an earlier model & did not match the camera & monitor.
After much careful trial & error I now have it working but instead of only having the unit turn on when reversing It is now turned on any time by pressing the button on the monitor. A much preferred arrangement. The picture is good and the picture adjustments are good even though not mentioned in the inststructions.

Great service!!! I bought a karaoke speaker first but after it was delivered I realized that it is not what I needed for my work. So we called to the customer service and they send us a label for free return shipment. No problem at all. But I needed a loud speaker and ordered different one with equalizer system built it. It came in two days just in time. I love it. Good company!!!!

Product is perfect for our needs, note that it is NOT robust enough for daily use, but fine for what we need.
Sound quality is excellent, over 100 meters range on cordless mics with no loss of quality. Intuitive to use and tons of features - best is aux cord to connect your phone and play music right through the speakers. Every cord you can think of was included.

I have not received my shipment yet. Ordered on May 4th 1-2 days shipping and May 11th it's still not here. Unhappy. Requested a response to find out status and have not heard back
