A type of cream for menopausal women that I’ve been searching for a long time. It’s truly effective on dry, rough skin and some dark spots.

After a week, my skin has become smoother and brighter. The price is also reasonable. I really very happy with these products and high recommend to you! 🌟

Awful customer service, ordered some skincare, choose for a delivery location, days later I get a notifications that it couldn’t be delivered and was being returned, one month later I have still not received my refund, the message system keeps telling me that I will receive my refund in 3-5 working days but it never arrives! Very bad customer service, being fobbed off with promises that my money will be refunded, I’m never using this company again!!

I was again at Boots No 7 counter,in Handforth, and had excellent service ,this time with Emma J..who was very pleasant...and helpful..

Absolute awful Company. QR code that was sent me was fake and when I questioned this with Asda who was supposed to have received my parcel as stated on my email, they were so good and looked into it for me with my email address rather than the QR code to find that it had been cancelled from their end.
When spoken to customer services which you have to go through their chat there is no direct number, they stated they aren’t going to give me a refund because they have to investigate where my parcels gone first which is against their own terms and conditions and the consumer rights act. I have now had to put in a dispute with my bank because although I cancelled the pending transaction they have still taken the money out of my bank. not delivered any goods. Nor have they replied to any of my chat that I’ve put on or any emails that I’ve sent.

I love this product... it has a moisturizing effect on the skin.. you can see immediate results.. I love No7 and their products.

I tried the eye cream and regretted it. I woke up with swollen eyes and very red. This is supposed to be hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. A week later I'm still struggling with the reaction. I never had wrinkles around my eyes but that's now changed. The damage done has been horrific and I've cried every night since using this product. I reported this to No7 immediately and I returned all the other items I'd bought but not yet tried. It took them four days and multiple emails and calls to get this resolved. Despite all that I've had NOTHING back from them in regard to the reaction I had. I was told it was being escalated but, to date, they not reached out to discuss this with me. It's like my eyes have been burnt. I thought No7 were reputable but so far they've failed me. I am someone who understands things can happen but this shouldn't have happened and they're still sore over a week later.

Dreadful customer service. I have still not had my full refund. Awful company, aweful web-site, and ridiculous system They sent me the wrong product, which had been advertised wrongly. TWICE! I then returned them, they got the wrong amount refunded , and with so many delays and excuses. They have still not refunded my return postage costs even though they said they had. They have no email so every message you have to go through a weird answering system and somebody different answers each time always saying they will refer the issue to another team . It is not rocket science. Just refund me, this is consumer LAW.

Ordered products parcel never arrived so put the complaint through customer service. It took me more then 20 days to explain about my order .at the end received few replacement order products but rest never arrived neither refund gone through the same trouble but nothing done again.. not good experience at all.. awful customer service

I was a bit sceptical about using this website with all of the negative reviews but I received my order quickly with no issues. The products are exactly as ordered and quite a bit cheaper than ordering them from Boots. I ordered on a Saturday and received my order on the Monday with regular dispatch and delivery updates. Glad I gave it a chance.

Purchased a No. 7 Shield and Defend moisturiser which applies sticky and blotchy and looks awful! Waste of money as not cheap! And cannot use! An unhappy customer! Expected a refund or exchange but received no customer care whatsoever! Will not purchase again!

After being a long & loyal customer I am finding myself looking for another brand for my skin & make up after having one of the worst experiences with their website & shocking customer services. After being enticed to spend more with the promise of a free gift and not receiving the free gift I was told by customer services that it was out of stock. Yet the offer is still being advertised on their website. Talk about dangling a carrott. An absolute disgrace. This is pure false advertising

After ordering yesterday and then reading the reviews I was really worried I had been scammed . But oh no my whole order and the free gifts turned up this morning all beautifully packed . I would highly recommend this company . Perfect thank you 🤩

I ordered products with next day delivery at 8pm. The products arrived by 10am the next morning. I contacted customer service and they were really helpful and gave me the Evri tracking number. All products arrived together, well packaged and were exactly what I ordered, including the free gift. I am really happy with the whole experience and will be ordering from the site in future rather than going directly to boots.

Absolute scam of a website. Order one thing got something totally different. Customer service shocking. Will wait to see if refund comes through. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t buy, it’s a fake website. I have lost £200 they never refunded my money and they cancelled my order, same day. I have reported, I hope those scammers will get their website closed!

Got to be a fake website I have ordered my wife’s Christmas present and all I get is emails about delivery times and nothing shows up, the last email told me Sunday 07/12/25 between 8pm and 9pm by Evri but as usual nothing. Won’t use again especially as now I have to buy the same products again and try to get my money back from this store.

Trying to find web site is a joke. They Sending out products that haven’t been asked for. Same products on offer at discount sitting in my basket. So all going back. Very disappointed with boots.

After seeing the negative reviews here and how basic the website is I wondered if this website was a fake scam site but I’m pleased to say it is genuine and the products arrived fine and they were delivered at 8pm on a Sunday night. Unlike Boots website the prices seem cheaper and the delivery was free, I will be ordering my No7 products again from here. The email updates were brilliant, tracking from Evri etc.

Ordered 3 items with next day delivery, order didn’t arrive when queried they said it was lost & would send a replacement this order arrived at post office & it said do not let the customer collect…so contacted them & they said they would query with Evri & get back to me. 7 days later no answer or refund, so contacted again & said I have to wait another 2 days while they query again (the parcel in post office should be sent back to them by now) so have to give them another 2 working days before I contact them again for the refund !! Will never use this site again
