No Agent Property helps Australians sell or rent their own house and land without paying agent commission. This is called For Sale By Owner (FSBO) — you sell or rent your property privately, stay in control of your price and negotiations, and keep the money you would normally lose to commission. We are fully licensed Australian real estate agents, so you are never on your own. We give you professional, agent-assisted support from start to finish, for one simple fixed fee and no commission. Your property also gets maximum exposure. We list it on all the major Australian real estate websites, including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au and Allhomes.com.au, so your home reaches the same buyers and tenants as a traditional agency listing. We provide our licensed service everywhere in Australia, in every state and territory, for both private sales and private rentals. Whether you are selling a house, selling land, or renting out a property, No Agent Property gives you the savings and control of doing it yourself, backed by licensed real estate professionals.

Totally would recommend listing on No Agent Property
Listing on No Agent Property was easy and quick. The site is easy to navigate and editing my listing was simple. Enquiries were sent through quickly and the exposure was great.
We have used No Agent many years ago…
This review is showing that I am in the USA, this is not the case I am in Australia.
We have used No Agent many years ago with a very good outcome. A much higher price was received than quoted by the regular agent.
We had no hesitation this time around, the same happened with a result $65k higher than the "Regular Local agents" suggested starting price plus the added bonus of no Regular Agents commission.
The property sold on the first open day.
I would highly recommend No Agent as they were easy to deal with and provided the sign board, Media advertising and brochure material, for a reasonable price.

Happy experience!
It is easy to use, and the team works efficiently. The price is reasonable. I am sure I will use it again in the future and recommend my family and friends to have a try.
Highly recommended!
It was an affordable way of getting our property advertised on real estate websites. No Agent Property's website was easy to use and their customer support was great. Making use of No Agent Property gave us an opportunity to have control and without the burden of agent commission we had price flexibility. In my opinion, this is the way to go. We are glad we used No Agent Property and highly recommend their services.
No Agent Property is the best
I have now sold my third house using No Agent Property and I wouldn’t sell any other way. Why pay a real estate agent to sell for you when it is so easy to do it yourself?
NAP arranged for the photographer, for sale sign board and brochures as well as an easy to use platform that records you of enquires. NAP also sends an sms or email to notify you of new enquiries.
All you need to do is present your house well, arrange for a professional to provide the contract for sale and undertake searches for Form 1 and engage a conveyancer. NAP will also provide you with recommendations if you ask. I did, and I have also continued to use the same professionals who give me a repeat client discount.
It also helps if you write up a basic description of your property. NAP also provides assistance with this. If you find this too difficult, you are able to provide NAP with the details and they will write it for you with your input.
All 3 of my properties that I have sold using NAP have all sold quickly for a price way in excess of what I expected to receive.
I highly recommend NAP, unless you choose to donate your money to a real estate agent!!

DO NOT USE No Agent Property
DO NOT USE No Agent Property
It may be helpful to share our experience with NAP – which I am afraid is far from positive; and our overall feeling is that we have wasted time and 2000$. Finally we decided to sell through a real estate agent which was a game change. In the context of tight market the services NAP is offering is not adapted and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The following were the key issues:
- The overall interaction between NAP and ourselves as the client was disappointing;
• We had no single point of reference and instead found ourselves dealing with many people and we were never clear the role of each of the people we spoke to.
• Some of these people appeared completely out of their depth, unable to answer basic questions, provide any analysis or insightful suggestions and generally not across their subject matter even when seeking advise on improving marketing. The effect was that messages apparently didn’t get passed on and we needed to make numerous follow up calls and re-explain what we are asking resulting in delays in response and waste of time and certainly not satisfactory answers
• No calls were ever made to check on how we were doing (even after raising concerns and questions about lack of interest in the property). After withdrawing our advert, they were not the slightest concerned and they never questioned our decision.
- On the technical and marketing aspect:
• The advert was online before we had received any material (brochure or sign board) so we could not make an open for inspection in the critical first days.
• We were expecting to have a sign board delivered to the house and as advised by a staff member that we would need to set it up ourselves on a frame. However to our surprise the sign board was delivered and installed without our knowledge at the back (garage) entrance to the house despite me being at home at the time; no one thought to ring the bell. I had to make multiple calls/follow up calls about the misplacement of the board and spoke to various people and even had to provide pictures indicating where I wanted it placed. After 5 days it was finally moved and re-installed to a position at the front of the house, but partly covered by a bush which we had to chop back to make it visible to the street. Removing the board was also a long saga and we ended up doing it ourselves because it was interfering with the new agent's one. Although I understand NAP is not directly involved in installing the board, they are the ones subcontracting the service so they should have had oversight and ensured coordination with the client beforehand.
• The floor plan produced by NAP had errors that we had to follow up and have fixed - and was not of equivalent quality compared to standard agency floor plans (ie it was black and white) .
• The brochure is only one sided, has a very limited selection of pictures and doesn’t include the floor plan.
As mentioned, we have decided to go through a real estate agent. Although we have not sold the house yet the response of potential buyers is great, the experience is much less stressful and our confidence has come back. The agent responds to all our questions in a meaningful way. It is just a shame that we lost the first critical weeks our property was on the market with No Agent Property
If I could rate NAP zero, I would but unfortunately this option is not possible

DO NOT USE! Blame, poor quality & service :(
DO NOT USE NO AGENT> We paid for the premium package $2200 and NoAgent ripped us off.
The Realestate Add hits the bottom of the page on day one. We were told it would be $4500 to upgrade so not an affordable or realistic option. They mucked up the add so it didn't show a price and they put the wrong contact number!
The brochures are printed off someone's home printer.
The board was installed so late it was 30min before our first open.
The "professional" photographer's images looked like a cartoon and the floorplan was so inaccurate, i had to measure the house and draw it myself.
They forgot the social media campaign until we asked after 2 weeks what statistics were provided. They then "listed" the add on week 3 of 4 a week campaign.
When enquiries come through they are 3 days late and only a mobile number. We sounded like fools not knowing who we were calling.
We were promised no longer than 7-10 days to be online, brochures and board. It took over 2 weeks with their delays and incorrect plans.
There is no instruction whatsoever as to the timeline and process of anything.
Jacqui the owner called us to apologize and when we asked for a refund she tried blaming us, then she deflected how it wasn't her fault. It took her 7 days for to "investigate" her own staff and just reverted to the blame us option.
So in conclusion - cheap brochures, poor quality photography, social media advertising that never happened and blame. Avoid this company at all costs as it's more like a scam. We are hard working people trying to sell our family home.
