5 stars - easy listing

Very good service when I rang as I was experiencing problems with filling in the advertisement. Jacqui helped me and the rental advertisement was up on line within 30 minutes of me speaking to her. We had over eight applications within the first half hour - now three days later over 55 applications for our rental unit.

Professional service

Very easy process & great customer support if needed. Saved 20k+ doing it myself. You also have complete C ok nyrol of your own listings.

This was the easiest sale of a block of land you could wish for! I made the ad live at 1pm on the Thursday. I had the first inquiry that night. I sent the contract and got the first offer on Tuesday night :) I accepted the revised offer on Wednesday :) Surprisingly, I got another enquiry and instant verbal offer the day after accepting the offer, too.

I saved thousands rather than using an agent, with more trust and transparency.

Dealing with No Agent Property was great. They answer my queries promptly and were very helpful when it came to the negotiating phase. I sold my house quickly and it was a very smooth process. If you selling your house yourself, you need to be organised and on top of everything, but it is well worth the effort as you'll save sooooo much money.

We had a great experience, lots of help with the listing set up, the photos were done and board went up plus it was placed onto other property sites! We saved heaps using this company, over 12k.

Friendly professional service. A much needed alternative to the spin, smoke and mirrors and rapacity of the estate agent industry. I speak after 50+ years having bought and sold 16 properties (three direct before the years of online platforms).
I think it is unfortunate that DIY home sales has not been more widely promoted - irrespective of the inevitable pushback which would follow from the RE industry.

Honestly, this service is so good for your confidence and to save money. I haven't gone through the negotiations yet but I my property is live and I have had conversations and have been emailing people interested. I have hundreds of views within a 24 hr period and numerous saved my property in that time. Although Gladstone is a regional town I was able to still get it done. I am moving interstate and wanted to save my family the cost of commision so we could put that towards a better home. I am thrilled of this prospect.
