NOT crediting my account
Last week, I transferred USD 500 using the details that were provided in the app after my account was verified. Since then, nothing has been credited to the account. None of my emails to customer support have received a response. In the support center within the app, only a bot replies and provides generic, formal answers. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service—why enter the market if everything is so underdeveloped and unfinished?
