I would not touch these again with a barge pole never ever have I had such terrible customer service. The coat was described as wool, when it arrived it clearly was not wool and had a label in saying 100% Polyester. Asked about the returns policy and was advised would only get 15% back - I have now been emailing them every day since January to get my partial refund on goods that were wrongly advertised in the first instance - I was given the details of Formal Complaint – Order #11533 to send the emails so it would be dealt with - now not even got the decency to reply, no refund received and the £70 coat is in the bin. I would steer clear of these guys they have no customer service or decency - stay far away people you might as well put your money down the drain. Disgraceful.

Do not buy from Noaloo. I ordered a jacket on February 13th, and despite their website promising delivery within 4–10 business days, it has been over a month and the item still hasn't arrived.
The customer service is nonexistent. I have contacted them three times requesting a refund because they breached their own delivery terms. Every time, they send the exact same "copy-paste" template asking for more "patience" and blaming customs, while completely ignoring my legal right to a refund.
This site is a classic drop-shipping operation that overpromises and under-delivers. Their tracking numbers are stagnant and their communication is designed to stall you until it’s too late to dispute the charge. I have now had to initiate a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. Save your time and money—shop elsewhere.

DO NOT order from this company

I ordered a coat on 26th December , it was advertised as a Zara coat . I emailed them on 11th January asking for an update on my order . I still haven’t received it and today is 30th January. They never address the issue, all they say is it’s in transit and you will receive it in 5/7 working days . They won’t give tracking information and I have asked for my money back three times and they have ignored my request. The company has a gmail email address so this in itself is a concern . Do not waste your time or money ordering from them. I saw their advert on tik tok and unfortunately for me I proceeded to place an order, please do not make the same mistake.

I ordered a bag that looked nothing like what was advertised on TikTok. I contacted the company to explain the issue and was told I would have to pay for return shipping, which is unfair given that the product was falsely advertised.

After complaining further, I received multiple emails offering different refund amounts (15%, then 20%), showing clear inconsistency. In one email, they stated they would cover the full return shipping cost, but after I agreed, they went back on their word and claimed it was a “miscommunication.”

After nearly three months of back-and-forth, they finally offered a 25% refund. I only accepted to put an end to the situation.
Company should be shut down. Do not order.

Ordered a dress 2 and a half months in advance and has still never arrived.
I have been emailing the ‘customer service’ email for over a month now asking for updates on my order. Back and forth for about 4 emails over about three weeks and their final email they decide to tell me that it was delivered 15 days ago. Absolute lies. Nothing has ever arrived.
They last emailed me 18th December to say they’ll be in contact within 24-48 hours after investigation and it’s now 30th December and not a single email.
I’m £40 down and dressless for new year.
Avoidddd!!!!

I returned the dress to you via Royal…

I returned the dress to you via Royal Mail at my own expense, which amounted to approximately one quarter of the original cost of the item.

I have been in contact with Chinese customs regarding this return; however, they have informed me that they are not receiving any response from you. Please advise why you are not responding to their communications, as this is preventing the return from being completed.

This situation is unacceptable. I also note that you previously attempted to discourage the return by overstating the potential costs, and now you are failing to cooperate with customs to resolve the matter. As the item is your product, it is your responsibility to engage with customs so this return can be processed.

Please contact Chinese customs as a matter of urgency and confirm once this has been done. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to raise a dispute with my credit card provider due to the lack of cooperation and poor customer service.

I look forward to your immediate response.

Do NOT use this company!

Do NOT use this company!! The size guides are wrong so when a dress I ordered came (3 weeks after it had been ordered) it didn’t fit. When I asked for a refund (it takes days for them to reply if they do at all) they’d only offer me 15% back and it would also cost around £30 to deliver it back! So I’m now stuck with a dress I can’t wear and waiting for my
15% refund which I don’t think I’ll ever get.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Do not buy from this company. Order arrived too late - despite being ordered well in advance, items of poor quality, impossible to return items without sending back to China (at your own expense) and surprise, surprise the items are returned months later with no explanation. Customer service is none existent and if they do get in touch don't believe anything they say! This company should be banned and avoided at all costs.

Apply for Card Chargeback

I am still awaiting a delivery I placed over 3 weeks ago...there is no live tracking and all the tracking number says is that it's being processed. I'm now going to contact my bank on Monday to apply for a card chargeback for non delivery. PLEASE PEOPLE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS...YOUR CREDIT CARD IS PROTECTED AGAINST THESE KIND OF SCAMMERS. CONTACT YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY YOU HAVE UP TO 3 MONTHS TO GET A CHARGE BACK. SO MANY PEOPLE DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS...EVEN IF ITEM IS DELIVERED AND TERRIBLE YOU CAN STILL APPLY FOR BANK CHARGEBACK.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
ordered 2 dresses from here back in May for a wedding and got delivered June 12th. Both dresses arrived nothing like images so promptly requested refund. Had to send back to China for £13 but figured I’d still be getting £60 odd back so did it. I have receipts confirming I sent this back to them on 16th July and a few days ago (December 12th) I get a knock on my door and realise the parcel has been sent back TO ME! Have been chasing refund for months now but I guess I know why because they’re a scam frauds and you physically can’t even return items with them!!

I purchased a coat which when received was not great quality and was way too big
On TikTok it said it advertised as a Zara jacket which it definitely was not!
I did not realise it came from china until I received the delivery details
Also, if I had known beforehand that returns had to go back to Asia then I certainly would not have purchased as it would have cost about £25-30 to return a £40 jacket
Total scam especially reading all the other reviews - wish I had done this before I bought the jacket
They should not be allowed to advertise as they do on social media
I have now noticed that if a company have turned off the comments when advertising it is definitely not a reputable company so don’t purchase from them

Avoid at all costs. Customer service are ignoring my emails requesting a refund. I got a jacket which was poor quality and a different colour from the one pictured on the website. I’m out £40. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Only buy from them if you want to get scammed

Avoid this company. I purchased an item from them in good faith. When it arrived it was nothing like the item pictured on their website. The design was completely different, the colour was different, the collar was different, the buttons (of which there was one missing!) were different and the quality of the fabric was less than awful. It in no way resembled the item advertised. Therefore I contacted them straight away to ask for a refund and was told that in order to issue my refund, according to their policy, the item would need to be returned at my own cost, and as the return address was in China this would cost me £25-£30!!! The alternative was that I could keep the item and accept a 20% refund, however, the coat was useless to me, I would never wear it. I purchased the item for £39 which would mean that if I returned the item I would only then be refunded £10-£14 for an item I did not order in the first place. I sent numerous emails and was sent numerous replies saying the same auto generated response. Finally I was offered a 35% refund only for it to be retracted upon my reluctant acceptance of the offer, and was then told that the offer was an error and 20% was the maximum refund they could give in line with their “standard policy”. It’s clear that they are used to dealing with many many unhappy customers daily, but that this is a fraudulent company that are set up solely to scam people out of their money and that is their main goal. THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. AVOID AT ALL COST.

There worst experience ever ordered a jacket for 46 euro jacket came nothing like the picture, massive and i wanted a refund. And they told me that I need to cover cost of delivery back to Asia which would cost me aprox 40 euro 😂 never heard the likes of it. Useless, false advertisements!!
