I feel it’s important to share this experience so others are aware.
This company’s refund policy is very concerning. Once you make a payment, refunds or cancellations are not allowed — even when customers are clearly dissatisfied. That is not fair business practice.
There have been numerous customer complaints, yet the company continues to sell its services confidently without properly addressing these issues. Transparency seems to be lacking.
From an employee standpoint, the situation is also disappointing. Staff can be terminated without notice or proper back pay. Promised salary increases were not honored, and employees are expected to work overtime for very low compensation. The workload does not match the pay.
It’s frustrating to see these patterns continue. Both customers and employees deserve honesty, fairness, and respect.
I hope the company seriously reflects on these practices and makes necessary changes.
