Just got back from having the transplant , what can i say the process from start to finish was fantastic from the initial consultations to the procedure , the staff are amazing right from dr erdip , angela and the other amazing girls in the clinic to the driver cant remember his name but very good info on the city and any other info i needed , very nice young man , if you are thinking of having it done dont hesitate to go here , fantastic
I had a disappointing experience with this clinic. Before coming, I had a video consultation and was clearly told that one session would be enough based on the photos I shared.
I was given an appointment for 19 December, but after waiting at the clinic the whole day, the procedure was postponed and finally performed the next morning on 20 December.
At the clinic, I was not clearly informed that two sessions would be required. This was only mentioned to my brother who accompanied me, which created confusion and a lack of transparency regarding the treatment plan.
Since I could not find a solution with the staff or the doctor, I requested to speak with the clinic owner. I expected that he would listen to the situation from the patient’s perspective and help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this was a big disappointment. Instead of trying to understand the problem, I received threatening and manipulative messages.
I only asked for a fair solution as a customer, such as a partial refund or another reasonable option.
I still have the messages and records of the communication regarding this situation. I hope the clinic will eventually handle this matter in a more professional and transparent way.
I recommend that future patients make sure all treatment details and session requirements are clearly confirmed in writing before proceeding.

However, I would like to clarify a few points. I do not recall signing any document stating that two sessions were required. The document you sent via WhatsApp could only be viewed once, and I was not provided with a proper copy.
I did not request a full refund. I only asked for a partial refund of half the amount I paid, because the service I received covered only part of what was originally communicated. I believe this is a reasonable request and my right as a customer.
I am also aware that the final results of a hair transplant are usually evaluated after 10–12 months. However, it does not take that long to see the difference between the areas where hair was transplanted and the areas where it was not.

However, your description unfortunately leaves out several important facts.
The online consultation based on photos is always a preliminary evaluation, as clearly explained to every patient. The final medical assessment is made only after the physical examination at the clinic. During your visit, the doctor clearly explained that your case requires two sessions, and this treatment plan was documented in your medical file and confirmed with your signature.
It is also important to clarify for readers that your procedure was performed only two months ago. In hair transplantation, the final results are typically evaluated after 10–12 months, so any attempt to judge the outcome after such a short period is medically incorrect.
After the procedure, you began requesting a refund and putting pressure on our staff, attempting to change the agreed treatment plan and benefit from the procedure without completing the medically required sessions.
Despite this situation, we still tried to remain constructive and offered a reasonable solution to help you continue your treatment.
Our clinic treats international patients every day, and transparency and medical ethics are extremely important to us. For this reason, all treatment plans are clearly explained, documented, and confirmed by the patient before any procedure is performed.

I had a very good experience with Nobi hair. Albania is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and responsive. The package was all encompassing including hotel stay, breakfast, the hair transplant, airport pick up & drop off, all for a fair price. The actual transplant for me took about 4 hours and they were speaking to me throughout the process.
