The purchase was very easy and I was informed during the waiting period as to where my package was before it arrived. These are the beat dress socks I have ever put on. I loved them so much I bought a few pairs for my brother. He thought I was joking by buying his socks. Until he put them on. And now, like me, is spoiled and can never go back to inferior socks

I had the impression that I paid for home delivery but I just got a note that I had to go and pick up the package at a pick-up point quit a bit away. This is not acceptable.
The product as such are 5 points.

I’m online customer from HongKong. To my surprise, their WhatsApp customer support is excellent. Alberto was the one who took care of my requests even before he knew that I had placed the order. His guidance and patience are exemplary and I had lots of questions regarding bespoke items. He instantly replied with courteous and care. A++ service and professional support.

My experience with Nobile has been outstanding. The socks are incredibly elegant, stylish, and comfortable, with impressive attention to detail and premium quality. The communication and customer care were also exceptional. I’m really pleased and look forward to ordering again.

Placed an order3 weeks ago of EUR 500 and still nothing yest after 3 weeks. No confirmation or tracking number.
Typical Italian crooks.
UPDATE: the company reached out to excuse themselves for the delay, blaming Black Friday order backlog.
Although I have very good experience with a previous order from them (that is why I placed a second order of such magnitude) I a still a firm proponent of communication.
In other words if there is any kind of issue with an order the company should respect the customer and share the issue proposing alternative solutions such as express delivery or the option to cancel.
In my case I needed the socks for a wedding trip I had to attend and was very frustrated that 3 weeks advance order couldn’t accommodate my needs.
In any case there will be a part 3 when I receive my order.
Then I will review my score.

I enjoyed the sleek look and feel of the socks. More importantly, I struggle to find stocks that actually stay up throughout the day. The Nobile over the calf socks dont have that problem and remain in place all day even after multiple uses. Thank you!
