As already written less than one star is not possible.
It is the worst I have ever experienced. Delivery took 4 weeks. No chance to send it back, offered 15 % credit note but never made it. Long story short, It is fraud.

Schaut euch die AGB und Widerrufsbedingungen genau an. Kunden werden mit Drohungen überzogen. Ware aus Hongkong!
Take a close look at the terms and conditions and cancellation policy. Customers are being bombarded with threats. Products from Hong Kong!

Avoid like the plague!
Cheap and nasty counterfit shoes.
Sent them proof and when they answer- they offer 15%.
Why oh why didn't I read others' reviews?!

This website is an absolute joke. I ordered shoes with a discount, and it took three weeks for them to arrive. They don’t fit and now need to be returned—not to Germany (where they were shipped from), but somehow to Hong Kong, to a very suspicious and unfamiliar address. I have every reason to believe these are counterfeit shoes, since I ordered the exact same model and color from the official website, yet they are completely different. When I tried to return the shoes, I was asked to pay €40 in shipping costs to Hong Kong. A clever way to make sure customers don’t send anything back and you only profit.

Ordered for 900euros of Maison Margiella shoes from their website. It turns out that we received poorly counterfeited shoes in fake Nike and Adidas boxes! The company offered a goodwill gesture of 30 euros or asked me to pay for full return to Honh Kong (in German) without any return address being provided.

I purchased a pair of Margiela sneakers supposedly discounted from €590 to €349.90. After placing the order, I quickly realised it was too good to be true. I contacted the website after seeing multiple reviews calling them scammers, but they replied telling me not to “spread lies” and insisted the shoes were real.

Well, the shoes have now arrived (from China). They didn’t even bother with proper packaging, the box has Chinese writing on it and says “HIGH END CUSTOM.” The sneakers themselves are laughably bad and would barely cost 10€ if bought on a Chinese website. They are cheaply made have no logos and resemble nothing like the Margielas.

Several scam alert websites have called them out. Once this website closes, they will rinse and repeat with another similar one. Do not make the same mistake I did, run away.

Would love to give 0 stars, but it’s not possible. The brand is scam! I did not get my products and they don’t want to refund it, because of some stupid not legal reasons… the consumer service ist so bad. Do not buy here anything!!

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted Noble Paris after placing my order because the clothes I received didn’t fit. Their response was that a return was not possible because I had already tried them on. How else am I supposed to know if something is too small without trying it on??
When I asked for a return label again, they became rude and started ignoring my messages for days, sometimes even weeks. This dragged on for a long time until they suddenly claimed that they could no longer find my previous messages.
I explained my situation again, but I kept running into a wall.
Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.

FAKE, I made an order from this website and when the order came it was clear it was not what was described on the website and when I tried to return the product they refused as there was no tags on the product, there was none anyway and I there were why would I remove them on s cost that id meant to be men’s length to knee but is only 35” long. Each time I was directed to their returns page with no links to get the product returned I received holding emails and confrontation each time not giving me the returns form.

Waste of £90 – terrible customer service when they started getting rude saying I cannot return it they would reply with ‘Look forward to your response’.

This took 2 weeks for them to communicate, when I called them fake in an email, they only stated that the products come with labels and did not dispute me calling them fraudsters and showed no care.
