Ok, so unfortunately I have had to do this quite a few times in the past in a number of ways, MCA, SBA long ago, etc. By far, this is the BEST experience with this process that I have encountered. Matt took me through the options and showed me why certain options were good for me (but take a bit longer), while other options were not so good, or bad for me, but would happen very fast.
I found him the same way that you are reading this, by reviews. Matt, and Noble live up to the expectations of the review.

Everyone says that they are "funders". Noble funds certain deals themselves, and sends others out. He will tell you up front which he will do for you and give you the option. Other brokers will just do a mass email to every bank and other broker whom they know, just to see who bites. What does this do in the long run? It gives that many people your email address and cellnumber, so that they will start calling you....
Matt is legit.
He will not ship your paperwork all over the country, such that you will have hundreds of people calling you...."for a deal that the broker turned down"
