Awesome product and amazingly fast and easy support

So having paid what I would consider a lot of money for a chair. The most I have ever spent, as a matter of fact, I expected it to last. But my Noblechairs Hero developed a crack along the stitching line. This came as a bit of a surprise to me as I am by no means a heavy person, and I am very careful with the chair as it is an expensive chair! The chair is just over two years old and therefore just out of warranty. I got into contact with Noblechairs in the UK (overclockers) and essentially got the middle finger as they told me they don't have any parts available and it's just out of warranty.

It looks like I am going to have to buy a new chair, definitely not from Noblechairs and I would urge everyone to avoid buying one as they are clearly not worth the money. Poor quality and even poorer support in the UK.

A Part of my Chair was broken so I reached out to the support, they answered very quickly and I got the replacemet part. Support was nice too

Recently got a Noblechair EPIC Mercedes Benz AMG Petronas F1 Team Gaming Chair. For the price, I can surely say that it is worth the money I paid for. Great feel and comfort. The material looks great and sturdy. Great quality work.

Ordered a chair and it came with some defects. Contacted the support and they without hesitation helped me with the problem. Now waiting on the replacement parts to arrive. Outstanding support this far. Will update the review when I receive the parts. But so far so good! 👍🏿

Been a fan of my chair for two years now. I even replaced the gas lift which broke a year in because I loved the chair so much. I have sang praises for noblechairs to my friends and family which resulted in my brother and a friend buying noblechairs for themselves. Recently the pleather started to crack so I reached out to customer support asking if I could get a replacement part. They did nothing but make up excuses, even using COVID as an excuse not to ship anything to me. In the end, they just shoved me to their resellers in my country. Basically told me to f*%k off. I have been a fan of you guys for years but no more. Disgusting.

I know I'm not the first customer that has been disappointed by noblechairs. Please if you are reading this, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The left armrest was broken (could not be adjusted in height. After I wrote to the support, an answer came after only 1hour and they send me a new one.

My Hero is the best chair I ever had/used!
Also the costumer support is on another level.
I recommend the product, I recommend the brand at all!

The left armrest arrived broken (could not be adjusted in height, the small lever was broken). After I wrote to the support, an answer came almost immediately and the armrest was sent to me again without any problems. Usually the support at other sites I know often takes forever and sends even then only semi-automatic messages that do not really help.
10/10 support.

To the chair (HERO) I can say that it is very comfortable and high quality.

Had an issue with an armrest adjusted breaking and got in contact and after a couple more questions was sent a replacement. Cant ask for more from customer service than that.

The Perfect chair for my daily Home Office. The chair is very solid, comfortable and its also a really heavy one. I really like the good quality. The Best Chair that i ever had.

Bought one in 2019.
It wasn't bad and fairly comfortable.
The add on "support" cushions don't really stay in place properly so back support has one position and that's about it.
The Arm rests wobble about a bit.
6 months later the PVC on the arm rests starts splitting/delaminating and becoming uncomfortable with sharp edges.

Couple of years later the frame is bending on the ratchet side of the chair so now it is lopsided and flexes when I lean on the back and has caused the seat to collapse.

Not really what I was expecting when I spent £300 on a chair.

The Noblechair Support was really helpful, friendly and responsed quickly.
They offered me a replacement rocker mechanism free of charge

As a formula 1 fan, I kept getting ads with their mercedes themed chair, so I clicked ad and it said pu leather out of stock, so i chose different material and add to cart bitton worked, I clicked it and went through the checkout and bought chair, what I did not realize when I changed material their website changed actual chair, so I basically ordered just black chair, which I never picked. If their chair is sold out, why even promote it, delivery was fast, but biw I am stuck with chair I did not want, so thats unfortunate and makes me sad, because there were other models I was considering, and they actually had cheaper models as well
UPDATE: chair is not good at all, the hand rests made of cheap plastic with sharp edges, and when i tried to twist one it snapped off, I had so many gaming chairs and this one is the worst one I have ever gotten, please buy from other brands, you would think for $500 they would use good materials

I have come across the need to replace two parts on my chair, and have been helped in a quick and satisfying manner both times. Great experiences with customer support and my product!

Had an awful experience with a competitor, but the Noble Hero is exactly what I wanted and more. Extremely happy with my chair! Solid build, great quality and very comfortable. Ordered and delivered the following day. Super easy to assemble and not overenginered rubbish. Hands down, this chair nails it! Thank you Noblechairs!

When you pay over €300 for a chair, you expect not only quality, but also very good customer service. This is the case. My Hero is outstanding, but I had a problem with the gas spring. The company didn't hesitate to send me replacement parts. I can't wait for them to arrive so I can install them. 100% recommendable.
