Delivered promptly. Recipient of gift delighted. I thought it was rather light and very little silver used in making. Very expensive for actual piece of jewellery, but I suppose it it is the Hobbit logo which costs.

The wand set is excellent, good value for money, and the design of box and sleeve really nice. Was sent promptly and well packed. Disappointed to receive it with a small dent on one corner of sleeve, larger dent on another, plus a small dent on the top of the sleeve that had gone through to the box lid. The package was parcelled up very well for posting, so must have had the dents before being posted. Just as disappointing, is the writing on the side of the sleeve saying it contains the "sorcerers" stone. I know Noble are an American company, but surely this should have been noted somewhere in the description in the .co.uk website. It it had, I would not have bought it.

Absolutely incredible service. Was the only online retailer that had the product available which was great considering I needed it for an event. I paid £1 extra for quicker shipping and it arrived within a day!
