Staff is friendly and responds quickly to inquiries.

This company is run by someone who goes out of their way to be helpful, so reducing the pressure of crossing London with deadlines to meet and London traffic to navigate. Even supplied bottled water for every passenger. I am disabled and he was very supportive to me getting in and out of the car, even bringing his own step. Cars are also very comfortable, making the whole journey more pleasant . The driver kept in touch throughout, so we always knew what was happening and where he was

Drivers are always friendly and polite. They always arrive ahead of time and are extremely reliable. We have been using this firm for several years now and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Anthony was brilliant! He made all transfers no matter how far they were, a comfortable and relaxing experience. He takes such pride in making sure his clients are happy and he is such a kind a genuine person.

I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone needing a transfer as he makes the experience so relaxing and easy. It’s a shame I can only rate him 5 stars!

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble

Would not recommend to Use.

We booked five different trips with this company and paid a sum of 11000 pounds. We wanted to make deposits for bookings that were a few months away but the company insisted to pay 100% full amount.

Two days prior to the first booking, Their Director messaged that all bookings are now cancelled. He did mention that they will offer full refund via whatsapp message. We asked for a timeline and all further communication was stopped.

Their terms and conditions say that they will offer a refund 120 days after they cancel trips. However, we were never asked to accept these terms anywhere. If we had known, we had not booked

Simply awesome. Highly professional. Superbly turned out vehicle and driver. Perfect punctuality. Highly customer centric. NEL/Anthony looked after us for two hotel/airport transfers and several shorter journeys.

I contacted this company last minute for a bodyguard to help me out for three hours and the gentleman they sent to me was amazing. Was timely, efficient, polite and professional. We rented a rolls Royce for a prom drop off and it was such a pleasant experience! The driver was so friendly and really made us feel comfortable, the car was amazing and the drive was a really nice👍🏻
