I had excellent experience with all staff that I had dealings with especially Steven Dhanjal who not only sold me the gold and silver but seems like we have known each other for decades as a trusted friend.

Becky was awesome in helping with the transfer from my 401K to IRA with the purchase of the gold and silver.

Mariakay was awesome when I had to tell her the 10 oz silver bar was stolen from the post office. I was devastated that it was taken. She did not hesitate to have another 10 oz silver bar (which is beautiful by the way) reshipped it without questions. Of course, I followed up with the post office and filed a report.

The Noble Gold IRA Team provided a high level of customer service. Answered my questions and provided information in a timely manner. Great follow-up too.

The delivery was timely but very poorly packed. BTW, the request for my opinion is misspelled. Anyway, the delivery man had to know what he was bringing me, because the package was so loose it rattled. My first delivery from Noble Gold a couple of years ago was perfect - small amount camouflaged in a large box. This time the delivery man commented on how heavy some of the boxes were. It was very awkward as I wasn't going to lie, but I said "they are supposed to be!" without pretending they were anything in particular. I took pictures of the boxes as I unpacked them. The size of the outer box was almost the size of the inner box, and it needed 3 times the amount of packing to make the contents rigid. I give your shipping department an F. Shame on the supervisor, or worse yet, the supervisor's manager! No excuse for such sloppy thoughtlessness. Never again will I trust NG without some explanation.

Josh is terrific! He makes the transaction easy. He walks me through what I need to do. He communicates effectively and is timely in responding. People who get customer service create a great company. Their customers add to the company assets by word of mouth to other potential customers. Win-win-win!
