I'll never go anywhere else!
Although Noble wasn’t even my insurer—the fault lay with their customer—I found their team far easier to deal with than my own insurer. Marine & General (previously Craft Insure) takes around five days just to respond to an email, which turned what should have been a quick resolution into a process that dragged on for weeks.
Caitlin at Noble provided absolutely spot-on, 100% customer service. When it comes to renewal, I won’t be looking anywhere else.
