Me and my partner came to visit Brighton today as a day out just us two and came across Nobles as I had randomly seen at blue face Rolex watch with diamonds which I had wanted for so long but so hard to find with box and paper and good condition as it's an older Rolex style. I came in just to try it on and lady helped and we left for lunch and came back to buy it and met two lads as well. I really like it there from the start which made me come back especially as no one was pushy and was so so helpful with everything and came out so so happy. I def be returning in future for sure!

He broke my watch!-and even though I spent over £1000 on various dials from him , I could tell he didn't have the time for me from the get go, even cut a phone call short telling me to just come in and hung up-i found him aggressive and un professional in every way, I'm shocked that such a beautiful business is run by such a jumped up person, also giving me a refund -underpaid me on a sapphire glass he tried to aggressively force on my watchwhich made it stop working-i was backwards and forwards to the shop miles from my home to try and resolve this-he comes across to me as a classic bully , but I had to keep it civil until I could leave an honest review,the guy had no time for me despite the amount I spent on items for my watch in there,left disappointed EVERY TIME, -it was my first rolex and trusted it in the hands of someone so brutal and arrogant , I will never shop there again and had to get rid of it now as he damaged it beyond many attempts to repair ! :( sorry for the negative but I'm just being honest !

Tom is incredibly knowledgeable very friendly and helpful. Was fantastic in advising me re a watch for my wife. Price is very competitive and service is excellent cannot fault them.

After many weeks of searching for the perfect watch, I finally found the one at Nobles of Brighton. We rang in the morning from Norfolk to say we would be there about 12 midday and the young lady said she would look towards meeting us.
Unfortunately, being a Saturday, traffic was horrendous and we did not get into Brighton until well after 1pm. We did not realise the shop closed at 1pm and so lucky for us, the young lady that works there, waited for us to arrive without prompting. She was so helpful and knowlegable, what a credit to the company. My watch is beautiful and will be treasured for sure. Many thanks again for looking after us and going that extra mile, it was really appreciated.

I recently purchased a Rolex watch from Nobles, at a very reasonable price. It was delivered on time and well packed. Although there was no original paperwork, Nobles went that extra mile, by suppling the Nobles Rolex book of instructions and maintenance, plus their receipt, guarantee of authenticity, insurance valuation , plus other extras, all held together in a good quality folder. I was very pleased with their marvellous service and shall certainly be coming back to them in the future. Thank you Nobles of Brighton ~must try to get down to see you!

My first expensive watch purchase and I’m hoping it wont be the last, if I were to be in the position to buy again id definitely come back to nobles, very helpful and super friendly. I must have seemed very annoying asking the same questions over and over for reassurance and each question I had was answered in detail and positively.

From start to finish, me dealings with 'NOB' has been first class, attention to detail, kept informed every step of the way.

Sized the bracelet, paperwork spot on and the quality and condition of the watch was unbelievable.

Purchased a Rolex date just from Nobles on 18/03/23 and it was as described. Looked much better in person than the pictures. Over the moon with it. Customer service was spot on as well so all good 👍🏽. Nobles is definitely worth keeping in mind if you’re looking at purchasing a Rolex.

I contacted Nobles regarding a repair to my Rolex watch. The communication was very informative and my watch was repaired very promptly at a reasonable cost. A good service and I would recommend Nobles of Brighton.

After initially speaking with Paulina over the phone mid week i had arrange to come into store to potentially buy a watch for my daughter.

Upon arrival I was greeted cheerfully and curiously (not like some other store where you feel like you shouldn't be in there). I was then given a tray of watches in which to choose.

after spending around an hour in store i finally left with the perfect gift.

Every question i had was answered with honesty and detail, every fear or concern i had was put to bed and nothing was too much trouble.
