So far I’m so disappointed. I spent a lot of money in these suitcases. And the cases never showed up. A bag did but it told me it was all delivered. I have sent 4 emails and no one will get back to me and there is no phone number. Honestly it’s absolutely heartbreaking to spend so much money on something these days and the company seems to care nothing for their clients. I chose this company because they claim to have started in Canada too.

I’ve now purchased (3) of the hard-sided suitcases, several Weekender bags and the Fold n Go Duffle Trolley, some as gifts.
With one exception, all have been travel tested overseas. They functioned as represented and I received admiring comments from several people on how great they looked. Better yet, I no longer have to worry about damage from baggage handling. All survived the trip unscathed.
And customer service has been most accommodating with any questions or concerns.

I wrote a review a week ago. I have now used my luggage and can say that I love it. The wheels glide even with the weight of the luggage and the weekender on the top. Both the carry-on and the weekender held a weeks worth of clothes and shoes for my vacation. Waiting for the tote to be available to match my luggage. Customer service was great navigating getting all of the lugggage as it didn’t arrive as as set. One piece was held up in customs. Recommend highly.

I am updating my review based on recent improvements in the customer service I have received from Nobl Travel. I have received several texts apologizing for my experience. I have been assured that I will received my missing bag around May 4th. I appreciate the communication that I am getting. I'm still disappointed that it took a complaint to Trustpilot to get anyone to contact me. I will give another update if and when I receive the rest of my order.
I ordered the travel bundle on April 7th. Most of the order came in a reasonable period of time. The primary piece(check in bag) is still sitting in limbo...not shipped, no status updates. I've sent 2 emails with no response at all. I needed this piece after an airline broke my luggate. I've had to take one trip without the luggage I ordered and I have another trip coming up in a week. It does not look like I will have my suitcase by then either. This company has terrible customer service. No response to emails. No phone numbers listed to call someone to find out where the heck my luggage is. If you can't staff your company well enough to take care of your customers, you should not be in business!!
Lesson learned, if a website does not list a customer service phone number I will no longer order their product.

I ordered my carry-on for a trip that’s coming up in two weeks. I’ve already packed. I’ve had enough room to pack nine outfits 4 a pair of flats sandals all my accessories and I still have room. If you know how to roll them you can get as much in there as you want thank you. I love my suitcase. What suggestion I could give is to add an extension onto the Crossbody bag because it does not stand so you really can’t put anything in there but ID and stuff like that.

I purchased a carry-on, however when the order was delayed I requested to cancel the order. I was told that I could not do so and would receive a $25 gift card and to return the item would be "hassle-free".
I never received the gift card and now have to pay for the return ($50-$150) + a 5% restocking fee. None of the customer service "AI bots" communicated this policy. Horrible experience, terrible company.

I have 3 different sizes of Nobl luggage and they are very durable. They all have a little weight to them, but I recently flew with the 28 in. and even though full, it did not exceed the limit. I think they would be really long lasting for the frequent traveler, which I am not. I will enjoy using them.

I read good things about the products and while the bag was fine, the box was terribly damaged upon receipt. The dust cover was in the box, but the $50 gift card was not. Upon opening and inspecting the weekender, I determined it was too large to suit my purposes and I am trying to return it. I received the bag last Friday. I sent an email on Saturday and promptly got an AI generated email saying someone from customer service would contact me within 24-48 hours. I have sent an email daily since Monday and still have not gotten a single response. There is no phone number listed anywhere and the chat feature is a joke. Just a continuous loop of a dropdown box that doesn't have a choice that fits my situation, so no chat is available. Horrible experience!

Great. Wait time to talk to real person, not AI was about 5 minutes. The agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and completely resolved my two issues. I was pleasantly surprised and will purchase more luggage and accessories from NOBL.

I am so sad to go back to a one star review. The bags are great.the customer service is not so much. when I wrote my last one star review Noble travel actually called me and promised to send me the missing bag as well as a gift for all the problems I have had. And due to the great conversation with Adriana I changed to a 4 star review. This was in January.and I had 64 mail exchanges with them and everything is gonna be sorted “tomorrow”. I have stalled this so long with my bank that I actually might have to pay for the first carry-on that I never got anyway.

I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with Nobl. I placed an order on April 4th (order #571980), and as of today (4/23), I still have not received my luggage.
What makes this even more aggravating is the lack of transparency regarding the shipment. While I have received the ancillary parts of my order (packing cubes, water bottle, and luggage tag) there has been absolutely **no update** on the actual suitcases. Sending out the accessories while leaving the primary, high-ticket item in limbo is unacceptable.
If I do not receive a concrete update on my shipping status or the luggage itself by the end of this week, I will be returning all the items I’ve already received and initiating a chargeback on my credit card.
**A word of caution to others:** Avoid this brand. The logistics are a mess, and the communication is non-existent. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. The value isn't worth the heartburn.

I order a luggage piece that is supposed to be part of a birthday present. The items are marketed as being delivered in 3 to 5 business days. It is way past that and I cannot find anyone to speak to regarding where my item is. I don't normally buy from these types of businesses however my partner said she wanted one and I decided to suprise here. Safe to say, Nobl has ruined the surprise!!!!
If you want to spare yourself the headache, make your purchase on Amazon or another reputable seller because these guys suck!!
Update#1: 24 hours later still no contact.
Update #2: it is now 4 days later and still no item. I received a call after posting review #1 for which the representative stated that he would call me back in 1 hour (it's beem 3 days). The representative was not ble to identify any of the following before calling:
1: where my item was
2: when it would be delivered.
Just so we understand here. Im not asking for a free gift or anything else. I want my item. The item I paid for. Stay turned for more. And yes this is going on the other social platforms until someone from nobl accepts accountability.
Update# 3: So I finally speak to a Nobl rep who says, I will get my tracking number either Apirl 27th in the afternoon or April 28th in the Morning. On the Morning of April 28th, I get a message stating that the item I ordered is out of stock. I try to call customer service and voila no answer. So at this point, I am cancelling the order and making a report to the BBB. It's not nice to play with customers.
Update #4: Someone from the Nobl facebook group answered me to tell me that my order was out of stock, all this while someone else was emailing me to tell me it would be shipped soon. Either way, the unit has finally arrived.
I am happy that it has arrived however I will....never... do business here again and neither will my group of travellers!

I didn’t realize nobl travel had an expandable carry all in one so I was able to exchange it with no issue! One bit of advice, KEEP ORIGINAL PACKAGING for at least a couple months if you can. Will make exchanges or returns a lot smoother. Other than that my customer service and order experience was great!

The communication was excellent. The website is very user friendly and it allowed me to become a first time buyer. I felt comfortable with the representations and I was even more thrilled when my case arrived, on time, with strong packaging and exactly as described.
