Super company

One of the best experiences I ever had - What a fantastic company! Had a small problem with delivered suitcase. Transportation damages. Contacted customer service. Resolved immediately! New suitcase arrived in 3 days! Really beautiful suitcases, fantastic quality and super customer service! I can 100% recommend this company. Thank you 😊

Poor after-sales service

Poor after-sales service. I received a suitcase with very rusty screws; it was a maternity suitcase. I didn’t have time to exchange it, and while waiting for their reply I had to buy another one. They refused to honor the warranty and refund it (obviously with the product returned). The company should check their products before sending out old and damaged suitcases.

Very poor client service

I got a wrong suitcase and could return it but didn’t got my money back.
I only could get a voucher but since I already ordered the right suitcase again (it was a christmas present), I prefer to get my money back.
Foekje from client support therefore gave me a very unpleasant client experience which isn’t solved yet.

Not a nice experience

At the first time when it was delivered I was very happy! The picture was perfect en I thought, what a good quality. When I started to use it I saw that the picture got wrinkled. So right now I am sitting at the airport with a brand New wrinkled suit case

Low quality

I ordered a hand luggage for my daughter. The delivery was pretty fast. The printed image was good but the front side of the luggage where the printed part was/picture was a soft plastic. The quality and price ratio for this item is definitely not worth it. I kept it anyway because my child loves the horse picture but it is a waste of money. the wheels are not clean when received.
