NoBroker Bad service, unable to find the tenants etc.,

Don't waste your money paying to these online companies. Put TOLET board on your gate, post free ads on the online websites. The relationship manager never called me back and update the status on tenants and could not even find a tenant in 50days. I used to call the sales person and complain on relationship manager every week then only the relationship manager calls and says silly stories like I am talking to the tenants, I was sick last week, I was off last Sunday etc., but never ever genuinely put efforts to find out the tenants and update the status.
After 8months I took the CPMS life time plan but same story repeated. They could not find the tenants after 70days, the relationship manager never responds, sales person also never responds when asked about the refund. They are troubling a lot to refund the amount, I called several people. Finally I sent an email to grievance's email then they responded and asked what is the issues. I simply asked them to refund my amount because their service is very bad, worst behavior, never update the status, disrespect to the owner, could not find the tenants in 70days.

Worst service ever for packers and movers

I am writing this to formally escalate a serious complaint regarding my recent experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers, which has resulted in financial loss, mental stress, and complete dissatisfaction.

Firstly, there was a significant delay in the pickup of my stuff, which disrupted my entire schedule and caused inconvenience, including additional financial loss.

Secondly, and most concerning, some of my items appear to have been stolen during transit. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and integrity of your service.

Additionally, my bed has been damaged, and my luxury bike was handled very poorly, resulting in visible damage. These were valuable items, and such negligence is highly unprofessional.

To make matters worse, your customer support team has been extremely unresponsive. My repeated calls and attempts to reach out were ignored, leaving me without any support or resolution.

This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I trusted NoBroker with my belongings, and in return, I have faced theft, damage, delays, and zero accountability.

I request immediate action on the following:

1. Investigation into the missing/stolen items
2. Full compensation for the damaged bed and luxury bike
3. Reimbursement for losses incurred due to delayed pickup
4. Strict action against the responsible team
5. A dedicated point of contact for resolving this issue urgently

If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through legal channels and consumer forums.
They have contacted me after I have written a review and they didn't follow up with me as sneha has booked the services but she was not at all taking ownership for this loss that I have suffered
And Nandita has called me and she has told forcefully for removing the feedback that I have given and they have forced me to delete the review and give a new review comment such a unprofessional behaviour of them if and instead of making people delete the comment they should have worked properly for the issue
Sneha who had forced me to book the service was defaming porter and
"I would like to say that porter is far better then no broker and as I have shifted mine stuff from Bengaluru to noida not a single stuff was damaged and they have done the packing of 7 layers to all mine stuff "
And from NoBroker i had suffered a loss of 25000 and still they have not given any compensation of this they have given only 2000 as a compensations and I would like to say that pls never book no broker as they always give fake promises and they are really very unprofessional and worst partner to choose for shifting delivery instead of them you can porter pakers and movers they are the best

I should have given negative marks but no option

I paid 16k for 3 months service for sale of land. 45 days over no action by RM , RM was changed 4 times , not even onebuyer lined up in 45 days, before Rm can get in to action he is changed.
This is a big scam to take Rs 5k from users without any service. Regulators should deep dive in to this company to detect and punish this company who is cheating the subscribers.

Pl do not subscribe to No broker and lose your noner this is a big scam

Horrible and rude assistance from Rimpa…

Horrible and rude assistance from Rimpa and the website is misleading. It says you can schedule a visit for free but once you try to schedule a visit, it prompts you to but a plan.

While checking with her, she first said it is a free property and I could do it then she changes her mind and says if I want to schedule a visit I have to buy a plan first. False advertising and very misleading no clear guidance at all.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Kaleidoscope. The service quality is extremely poor, and there seems to be a lack of transparency in their dealings.
As a tenant, I was charged multiple unnecessary amounts without proper justification. It also appeared that owners were being influenced to impose additional charges on tenants. The most concerning part was the delay in refunding the security deposit, despite repeated follow-ups.
Communication was highly unprofessional—calls and messages were often ignored, and eventually, there was no response at all.
Overall, my experience has been stressful and unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and ensure all terms are clearly documented before engaging with them.

Nobroker mainly aiming for paid subscriptions and annoying owners

Nobroker mainly aiming for paid subscriptions(Owners) for renting houses and getting annoying marketing calls only in WhatsApp and voice call . Free contacted property tenants also from nobroker only ( Not real tenants). Overall , I wasted my time with them . I strongly disagree their support and service .

More value than money can buy

I had this wonderful experience of being associated with Mr Syed from NoBroker who just happened to be assigned to look after my rental agreement. I found him to be committed, sincere, professional, prompt and responsive. It was unbelievable at times but he delivered results in time which mattered to me. Honestly, these days its difficult to find all these traits in one person.

A systematic and deeply disappointing…

A systematic and deeply disappointing experience with NoBroker.

I recently vacated a rented property in Bangalore on March 19, 2026 (Property ID: CPBAN4397), which was managed by NoBroker. At the time of moving in (March 2021), I had paid a refundable security deposit of ₹90,000.

Even after completing the move-out process and multiple follow-ups, I am yet to receive my refund. This prolonged delay, combined with the lack of communication, has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Upon vacating, I expected a fair and transparent settlement. Instead, I was presented with a deduction quote of ₹84,029 under the pretext of maintenance charges—an amount exceeding two months’ rent, which is highly unreasonable by any standard.

After raising concerns, the amount was revised to ₹52,507. While this reduction itself raises serious questions about the accuracy and fairness of the initial estimate, even the revised quotation appears inflated and unjustified.

A few examples:
- Chimney deep cleaning was quoted at ₹1,338, whereas the same service is listed on the NoBroker platform at ₹379 + GST.
- Deep cleaning was quoted at ₹6,641, while the platform price is approximately ₹5,900 (inclusive of GST).
- Property inspection charges were applied for 8 visits; however, in reality, only 2 inspections took place over the entire tenancy.
- Additional “convenience charges” have been included, which are neither mentioned in the rent agreement nor communicated beforehand.

These are only a few discrepancies—there are several more that have already been formally communicated via email.

Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no meaningful response from the CPMS servicing team. The concerned points of contact are:
- Aditya Raj (CPMS team)
- Manjula GC (Property Manager)

What is most disappointing is not just the financial aspect, but the complete lack of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness. As a customer, this experience has been exhausting and has significantly eroded my trust in the platform.

I sincerely hope this matter is resolved immediately, and my rightful refund is processed without any further delay. At the same time, I believe it is important for others to be aware of such experiences and exercise due diligence while engaging with managed rental services.

Pathetic service

I still haven’t received any update regarding my flat keys. It’s extremely disappointing that there’s been no proper communication from your side. On top of that, I’m continuously getting calls from your sales team about purchasing the Super Relax Plan again—this clearly shows your records aren’t even updated. This level of service is unacceptable and very frustrating. I expected much better coordination and customer support from your team. It seems like you are leaving me with no option but to share my review of your services on your platform. If I do not receive a call regarding the handover of my flat keys by today, I will definitely post a detailed review on your web portal. Kindly treat this as a warning and address this issue on priority.
