Great customer service
I ordered a running vest for the Great north run, when it came i thought it was to big, contacted Al and he arranged for a smaller size to be sent, not many companies would do that.

Best service I've ever had
The vest is excellent, really smart and great quality. I'm between sizes so went M and needed to change it. I asked if I could swap it in person and was willing to drive, Dave went one better and literally drove to my door and exchanged it. Absolutely superb service! I'll definitely be back just for that level of service, the quality of the kit is an added bonus!

I found this company through watching the Al Pepper youtube videos. Needed some new running tops. I ordered one to see how it felt and run in. Then there was the offer on the lucky dip so I just couldn't resist. Roll on pay day to order a vest for my first 10k race in years.
