Great product, outstanding customer service
Great product: I waited until I'd used these for a while, so I could post a review based on actual use. These are comfortable to wear, they protect my knees, and they stay put. Once they're on, I mostly don't think about them until the end of the workday. They do their job and let me focus on my work.
Outstanding customer service: I reached out to the company because my initial pair had a stitching issue. I received a personal reply from the company president within 24 hours, and a replacement pair arrived the following day. Wow!
Now everyone on my team wants a pair.

Good customer service
Goggles initially arrived bent and smelled like perfume. Then customer support contacted me and gave me a free new pair without me even asking for a refund/new pair, and the new pair is all good. The customer support was very nice to me

Taskfit Gloves
I love these gloves. They are very soft and flexible with extra padding on the palm and fingers. The fit is perfect based on the measuring system provided. If thy ever wear out I will definitely get another pair. By the way, the customer service is unbelievable! No Cry Kitchen Gloves
I received No Cry Gloves as a gift and was thrilled… didn’t know they existed for cutting in the kitchen. Got a small snag from a sharp new serrated knife and one finger tip now had a small hole. I wrote for a replacement and boom! I received a priority-sent replacement in 2 days! This was excellent customer service - and a higher end glove to try out as the replacement! I have never received such a kind quick response from any company like this before. They have my vote!

Low profile and comfortable pads
These seem good so far, small and low profile. We'll see how they hold up! One thing to note is that the studs that hold the strap in place can catch on things if you're in tight spaces, so would be good to have those a bit lower profile. It seems there aren't any low-profile gel knee pads and would love to see some of those!
