Complete scam. Purchased one of their glass globes and received a very cheap plastic one that doesn't look anything like it. They authorized a return and then sent it back to me at cost to me. Do not be tricked into buying anything from these unscrupulous people.

Scammers:
Send wrong item, received small globe worth £6-£10
Don’t reply to emails - so far!
SHOP App isn’t much use either, all sales & tracking are done through the SHOP App.
It’s shocking & unprofessional of SHOP App to allow scammers on its platform

Saw this company advertised on Instagram. The globe being advertised looked amazing so I bought one, not realising the offer was too good to be true and now like all of the other reviews I’ve found out it’s just a scam. The item received was some cheap, tiny black and gold plastic globe which had to be used with a plugin base to create the magnetic field for it to hover and spin. Raised a dispute with my credit card company and got the money back while they investigate but still £10.50 out of pocket for the cost to return. I emailed the company multiple times at multiple email addresses and received no response. STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Big Scam!!!

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Late night scrolling, saw a Globe which was priced incredibly low, (too good to be true, it definitely is a problem with this store).
Item received in the UK and like others, what I received was not remotely similar to what I had purchased.
I ordered an 8.6" Mova Globe and received an 8.5cm piece of rubbish globe worth about £5.00.
It has cost me £12.10 to post the item back to the Netherlands (why should the consumer pay the cost of postage) and I have reported the fraudulent transaction to my bank.
AVOID this company Nodablue, both Malwaretips and Scam Doc show Novablue as a SCAM site.

I would score lower if I could total SCAM!!
Please do not buy.. received my item but it was totally inferior to want I ordered no response from them when googled their return address it’s a house for sale!! I will do a chargeback and hopefully get my money back..

As per description the globe should be delivered within 5 - 10 working days, after 6 weeks it has still not sent. Two requests by e-mail after a month hasn‘t been answered by the support. 😡

I have also fallen for their amazing advert l!! 🤦🏻‍♂️ It looked so nice and crisp and clean and I received a piece of plastic crap. I’ve just disputed it with my bank, so hopefully I’ll keep the money they have just given me whilst they investigate. “Nodablue” dog 💩 has more charisma than you!

Absolute scam. Ordered a globe and it's tiny. Refund link came back and told me they do not accept .... it'll be onto card services. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Scam company – AVOID

Completely incorrect item received, very cheap and low quality. Emails to their support address are ignored. "Request a refund" link is a dead link.

They are also fraudulently showing a 5 star trustpilot review on some of their social media and item pages.

This is a scam company advertising through Facebook, who have told me they do not intend to make them withdraw the video which shows a third party item (mova globe) as being for sale and what you get is another company's cheap replica which doesn't even function in the same way. I have sent numerous return/refund requests to their "customer support" and never receive a reply. They appear very legitimate on their web site, but of course all the support options are, in reality, unavailable. I intend to inform Mova Globe what they are doing, but I have been stung for £53. Live and learn, live and learn

like everyone else found out a bit too late this is a scam company with a scam website said to say I’ve lost some money but I’ll get over it and I hope they burn in hell

I would give zero stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE A SCAM AND NOT REAL. I tried to contact them several times and no response. No item delivered at all.

I think Nodablue.com is a suspicious site. They are offering products on big discounts and the contents are copied from other problematic sites. The contact information is also not available on the website.

Received appearance no where close to advertisement. Return was approved and return address provided. However parcel was returned as undeliverable.

Requested a refund that was granted, paid for its return only for them to refuse it and send it all the way back. They just stole my money.

SCAM! Products never arrived! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

They said the parcel had been delivered. There was no evidence of this, and when I checked the door (I'd been at home all day) there was nothing there. If it HAD been delivered and it was stolen, it didn't make a difference as the company were not interested at all in recompensating the loss.

This was just before Christmas, and I had to do a bunch more Christmas shopping. Just awful.

No return address provided on website for returning shoes that were way too small for the given size.
Emailed the support team asking for return address, but no joy.
