Customer Service

I regularly mess up with adding new mods and such, but they never get annoyed with me. Always help and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend Nodecraft enough to anyone looking to set up their own servers.

It cant get much better than this.

The customer service is unmatched. Better than anywhere else for anything else. They're always willing to go out of their way and even suggest alternate ways that would overall benefit your experience and basically walk you through it so precisely. The best team you could possibly ask for to have at any type of company, to be honest. o7 GOATS of Nodecraft!

Fantastic support

Support is flawlessly quick, honestly. I've used this service for a long time now and never had an issue with Nodecraft support talking to us. They are also very attentive to what you're asking and make efforts to keep the server data intact <3
