Easy to order
Easy to order, delivered well packaged, only thing which could be looked was that I was unable to track the delivery as the status was pending until a day after the delivery which meant I was out when it arrived and the parcel was put over the side gate. Coving was as described on the website so I will be ordering this again soon.

Nothing to fault.
We ordered panel moulding, the ordering site was simple to use, they sent us a sample piece on request, delivery was really fast, and the packaging and product inside was perfect. Nothing to fault. The moulding is easy to work with, dense enough to cut perfect angles, light but strong and keeps its shape rigidly to apply accurately to the wall.

Unfortunately ordered the wrong item immediately reordered the correct item only to be informed the return costs would cost almost the same as the original item. Met with most unhelpful and rude customer service im annoyed i even reordered the item very disappointed

Hi Jennifer, we are very sorry about the situation with this order which was received on the 5th and then asked to be corrected on the 9th, but unfortunately we do not offer free returns or arrange collections in these instances.
As explained on the phone if you send the product back to us in a re-saleable condition we will happily refund you but the cost for that is not something we can cover or have quoted you for.
