I'm currently using their smallest managed hosting plan (3 sites) to evaluate how they do. So far the support has been outstanding. The finer details is they don't try to upsell you anything, but offer recommendations based on my needs, not their profit margin. Love that. They handled the migration of the sites and the performance of those sites has already increased from my previous hosting company.

I had a trial of their reseller hosting for a month, unfortunately I was unable to renew but their services are solid to be sincere. There support is fast and of value.

Reading the features on their website seems like a worthwhile service ... no, it's much better!

I have been with nofrillscloud for 2 years. this year has been a nightmare , I have to contact then about once a month because the websites are down. today even their server is down

It's scary when you lose your access and have no chat or phone to speak to someone. If I didn't have an old ticket, I don't know what I would have done!

Manage to resolve my issues very professionally

Amazing! I had a number of hobby websites on a service that was rapidly increasing in price and I stumbled across no frills. I signed up to the unbelievably good value lowest package and attempted a migration myself. Inevitably I messed it up, I got directories wrong and downtime with emails. In desperation I contacted their support and within minutes they had taken it over. The support team were amazing, took no time at all to understand and react to the problems and hey presto, everything fixed and transferred properly and professionally. I wish I had reached out to them at the start, they made the move an absolute breeze! 'No Frills' doesn't do them justice; probably some of the best service and support I have ever had = thank you!!!!

I have been a web designer for over 20 years, and have used MANY different web hosts during this time. NoFrillsCloud is *by far* the best! I highly recommend them for the following reasons:

1. Their tech support is absolutely brilliant. Always fast, friendly and helpful responses. They often go above and beyond what I expect. And they are happy to answer all my (often rather silly) questions!

2. The servers are super fast! All my clients WordPress sites (including WooCommerce), load lighting fast.

3. Excellent uptime. Apart from a few minor email issues, there have been very few problems in the 4 years I've been with them.

4. They continue to upgrade their servers and improve their services.

5. Excellent value for money. They are cheaper than a lot of other hosts who aren't anywhere near as good!

I am so glad I found NoFrillsCloud, and no longer need to go through the hassle of switching hosts every few years!

Excellent company, fast servers, reasonable prices and lots of options, including different currencies. This is the one host I came back to after trying Clickfunnels. Highly recommended

The technical service is AMAZING! I have not contacted them once or twice, I have contacted them many times and they always manage to help me, and many times they go far beyond what is expected from a hosting technical service. They are incredible and I can't praise them enough... In addition, the service is good and the price is unbeatable...

Good service, easy and fast

The Litespeed server for Wordpress is really a game-changer! The front/back end loads much faster than our previous host on the Apache server.
