Excellent Product and Excellent Service with no comparison , I am very lucky to have came across this product and this company. I am writing this review after I bought this machine in November 2021. Once you start using it , you will fall in love with the quality of the result. The decarboxylation is amazing as it makes the flower so more powerful . I can honestly say that I so happy with the results it gives that now I cannot stay without this Pot and the cherry on the cake is that aftersales service is very helpful and professional. I will never hesitate to buy again from them :)

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made that relates to the cannabis industry. Being a medical patient who makes his own medicine, this device encompasses every aspect of the process and steps I need to take to produce quality medicine. Also, I’ve recently dealt with their customer service and let me assure you, they make you feel like family. Thomas was so helpful, answering any questions I had, and also offering a few different insights to the capabilities of the POT. If you make your own medicine or edibles, THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED !!! One of the best gadgets I own. This machines has been running strong for about 2 years (maybe more), and it still going strong. Producing perfect results every time.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They also sent me some free bits and pieces, which I am very grateful for.
