I would strongly advise avoiding Noiiz at all costs.

I paid for a full year of service, but from around October/November the site was down and I received no access to what I had paid for. A significant portion of my subscription was effectively lost.

I attempted to contact support to resolve this and received no response whatsoever.

To make matters worse, after failing to provide the service, they then attempted to charge me again for a renewal.

Paying customers should not have to chase for months just to get basic access or even a reply. This has been a very frustrating experience and shows a complete lack of customer support and accountability.

Until this is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Charlatans

Charlatans. They are completely incompetent Music hipster role playing as tech/sound designers. They employ zero means of communication while rolling out month-long blackouts with zero service (site reads internal service error) with no way to sign in or even access account. This happened multiple times, even days after charging an annual fee. I hope they fail at this point. Save your time and money.

I've been a member for a number of years, with an older "unlimited" membership type. Perhaps a bit dumb, as they haven't added any new content for seemingly three-four years, but I had other things I was focusing on, and kind of forgot the membership was still active.
Finally remembered, checked out the site, no new content for my membership type since the pandemic. Great, I'll cancel and browse around a bit, I was billed for a year last month - so I still have 10–11 months worth of time to browse for useful stuff … … Nah, instantly got downgraded to free member, with download restrictions and everything. I'm going to guess that I will have to get in touch with my bank to get the rest of my membership payment refunded, as Noiiz seems to have practically stopped existing about two years ago, yet still charging people. The support seems dead as well, but time will tell.

I'll update this if it somehow gets fixed, but frankly I'm not holding my breath. Posting instantly on the day I cancelled to warn off anyone potentially falling into the same trap: it seems to be dead, and automatically revokes your access the moment you cancel.

If I haven't updated this review by february, then consider it dead, and don't spend any money with them.

A very poor service with no support at all.

I been subbed for a few years since I got the lifetime upgrade for only a few bucks a year.

I signed up because I wanted to get some samples. They slowly stopped adding more samples and are focusing on other products they focus on instead.

To prevent resubscribing again I cancelled my subscription to let it run out, as it was not possible to see when the next payment would be.

However, instead of my sub running out they just straight up shut it down on the spot.

I even mailed them several weeks ago about this, but they have never replied now that I don't have a subscription anymore.

Take literally any other service than this.

Fully recommended for all producers

My experiences of Noiiz has so far been excellent. The range of high quality samples means I've always come away with what I wanted, often finding something a lot better than expected. I seem to have had more than a fair number of vouchers for free months too so what's not to like? If you produce music at any level it's worth giving them a listen.

Not the best...

Not the BEST samples, and also, when I use a coupon that takes 10 dollars off of a 10 dollar membership, it still says to type in card information even though it would be free which is VERY risky... I mean, You know?

Excellent sound bank

Excellent sound bank. You can find everything (loops, presets, plugin...) in large quantity and high quality. Moreover the subscriptions are not expensive. Really great.
