Returned product due to wrong colour

Returned product due to wrong colour, no refund received. Out of pocket £150.

Hooks don't hold

Loved the designs but I have purchased some hooks and they have bent with very little weight on them and over a short period of time. When I've addressed this with the company they've told me to "not put wet towels on them" (incidentally I didn't say that I did).

My advice is don't buy these hooks if you intend to use them. Sorry - bit disappointed.

It took a month to receive my order and…

It took a month to receive my order and then I was not given an option to request signature. So I missed the drop off and will now have to go pick up from the post office.

Thank you for taking the time to submit you feedback, we really do appreciate it. Just to confirm your parcel delivery was attempted within 11 working days from the date your order was placed on the 31st of Jan, from UK to USA.

Please see below of the investigation we have concluded.

After doing some further investigating.

I see you order was placed on 31st Jan Friday @ 11pm GMT.

Order dispatched on the 4rd Feb – which is well within our normally 1-7 working days as each order is handmade to order.

Shipping from the UK – USA is normally around 5-15 working days tracked by Royal Mail and delivery attempt was made on the 18th but no one was in to sign for.

Royal Mail international partner should normally make 2 attempts on delivery. In this case when the parcel was received at your local depot correct process wasn’t followed, we have submitted a complaint on your behalf.

In conclusion we have met all the service agreements set to deliver an outstanding service, and your parcel was delivered with 10 days from the United Kingdom to the USA.

We have noted the service received by your local courier and well address this with them directly.

Rectified an almost great product and made it perfect

Since my last review posted on the 20th of November 2019 regarding the Oak surfboard hooks and the damaged surfboard I had a long discussion with Nitin who was quick responsive and understanding of there product. ( you can definitely tell they care about there product) They completley redesigned the hook and sent them out at no extra cost. These hooks are beautifully designed practical and definitely a work of art. If you have a beautiful surfboard and you would like it to display it you will not find a better product. 5 stars almost the way
