The product looks great but was missing the two inside side pockets plus the external USB charging port. Also, the opening is larger on one side than the other. It was a slow delivery service.

The quality of the leather is better…

The quality of the leather is better than expected. Very soft and a beautiful color; and I love the multiple pockets. The reason I didn’t give 5 starts was the width of the fabric strap. It’s just too wide and bulky for my comfort and body type. I purchased a strap from a different vendor.

Love the purses but……

I would have given the purses a 5 but there is a lingering smell. I have used sprays on the inside and it’s helped and I am hoping within time it will be gone. I do love the purse. Wish the leather strap was a little bit longer too. Maybe just a few inches. I’m tall and it’s kind of short.

My recommendation!

The handbags from this brand are very beautiful and high-quality. The package arrived on time. I'm delighted; I can wear it every day or with a beautiful dress for the weekend. It's roomy, has a lot of space inside, and pockets inside and outside. 2 replaceable straps and keychains.

Still haven’t received the 2nd purse

Still haven’t received the 2nd purse. Not happy with the quality or size. Please let me know where the other purse I ordered AND PAID FOR is?
I would like to know how I return and get my cc credited for both purses . I’m so unhappy with it- and like I said I paid over $100. For one purse I don’t like & 1 purse I still haven’t received.

Slow to get order

My order seemed to get lost and there wasn't any tracking information for me to follow. Took me couple of times reaching out to get help but they eventually helped me and my order arrived.

Happy, but wrong color!

Purchasing and shipping was great. I ordered two bags and one came in the wrong color. Gave it as the gift anyway and it worked out, but definitely an odd and unfortunate mistake.

I am absolutely impressed with the quality of these bags! I have 5 of them in different colors. Not only are the bags of great quality but the size is perfect for me! Another amazing addition is the wonderful customer service they offer! I highly recommend these bags and outstanding customer service representatives!💕

Was sent the wrong purse

Was sent the wrong purse, wanted to return, they basically said I could pay to return and exchange it for the correct purse or just keep it because it was a more expensive bag and I should be happy with that. What a joke, $50 bag then would have to pay $20 to ship back to them and get the right one, it was not my mistake they sent the wrong one yet they wanted me to pay more to make it right.

Im happy I received the right color bag I originally ordered

I was sent the correct color bag that I ordered due to the wrong color bag mailed to me...
I appreciate it!!!
Only reason im not giving 5 stars is because the leather straps are too short for a crossover bag...the wide straps im not crazy about they look good but I think they might be too wide, its difficult to get the right fit across my shoulders, but overall Im going to use my bags...im hoping this review helps to revise the straps because the bag is great!

The leather strap is too thin and too…

The size of the bag is perfect. I previously purchased the beige bag. The straps were much different. The leather strap is too thin and too short to wear as a comfortable cross body bag. on the black bag.
The fabric strap is too wide on the black bag as well.

Noir & Blanc sent me a damaged purse

Noir & Blanc sent me a damaged purse. When I contacted them to return it, they had me send pictures of the damaged purse and then told me I had to ship it to China in order to get the refund even though the item shipped from NYC. After I questioned the logic of me incurring additional cost for their mistake, they told me they would refund me 40% of the purchase price if I did not want to ship it to China. I accepted the offer and they told me they processed the refund. I never got the refund and they are no longer responding to my email requests to get it.

Wrong cooler…

I received the wrong bag and am still waiting for a return label for this item that was meant as a birthday gift for someone else.
