I would give zero stars if it were an option. Advertised as UK company but they are in China. Took 5 days from ordering to get my 1st tracking update which was 'label printed'. Customer service is a joke, you only get standard fob off reies for weeks. Item arrives weeks later and is cheap and shoddy. Returns are possible but you pay for it to get back to China. Returning it costs more than the purchase price. Complete con. AVOID. I should have checked the reviews before I ordered, that's on me. Having read the reviews I can see my experience with these is pretty common.

100% scam. Ship cheap defective fake plastic clothes, at full UK price, from China. Then when you want refund they say you have to ship at your own expense back to China first 20 quid. Scammers using AI to respond to reviews on this website and 100% good reviews are fake. I will try getting money back from credit card.

Item never arrived, have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks now, it's been almost 5 weeks and they still have not issued a refund. Customer service is awful. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

DO NOT BUY. THEY ARE A SCAM. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN, YOU MUST PAY RETURNS BACK TO CHINA COSTING £30. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. KEEP AWAY!

I ordered a green cardigan 2 weeks ago for my sisters birthday but I am still waiting. Please can you update me.

If I could give no stars I would. This looked as if they were a Dutch company, the dress had to be returned to CHINA, it cost £23.50 to do so and three and a half months later it has still not reached them for a refund but is in customs in China. I am no longer expecting the company to do the right thing, I feel they are totally dishonest.

Avoid this company at all cost!
It says it is an English company with a registered address but is in fact Chinese with sub standard items that do not match the description on that website! When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to pay shipping costs which I refused as it clearly said on the website if goods weee substandard they would pay! I argued for over a month and was told if you give us a good review we will refund 50%! I refused and have not heard from them again! I am now reporting this company to consumer standards as they should not be allowed to operate

I ordered leather waterproof boots which took 3cweeks to arrive. These boots are not leather and were too large. When I said I wanted to return them they offered me a £2 discount to keep them or I would have to pay return postage to China. When I checked the price to return them it was almost as much as I had paid. There was no indication that this company was in China. I would advise anyone buying to be careful. I don't know why Google doesn't vet these companies first! I wish I had read reviews first

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! It is absolutely appalling.
. In the first instance, the clothes actually come from China and took weeks to arrive. The quality was poor and they looked nothing like the pictures. The situation got worse when I tried to return them. I had to take photos of them and pay for the postage back to China myself. This cost some £30. The clothes were returned at the end of July and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. My bank has returned the monies to me and will be raising a dispute with Noir and Pearl. I IMPLORE YOU – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE A SCAM HENCE THE TERRRIBLE REVIEWS!!!

This company are a joke been waiting over 3 weeks for a item and still no sign of it, the costumer service is hopeless, I ordered the item as it says 5 too 8 working days for delivery nearly 4 weeks down the line and the birthday present is now a waste of time as it’s been and gone!

AVOID - bought a linen dress, it took 3 weeks to arrive and was 100pct polyester (on the label). Returned it to China for £20 and haven’t received a refund two months later. They have obviously filtered out all the bad reviews on their website as mine does not appear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
Their merchandise comes from CHINA and is of terrible quality.
The company expect the customer to pay for postage back to an address in China (£20 in my case).
I discovered that they have a UK address which is:
61 Godstone Road, Whyteleafe, England, CR3 0EG.
This appears to be a small private house.
I returned the sub-standard item I received to this address and to date, I have not received a refund.
The people operating this “company” are scammers and I have reported them to the police, who have initiated an investigation.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service. My shoes arrived very quickly. They looked exactly like the picture, beautiful. Would definitely purchase from Noirpearl again.
