No Issues is the best! I can’t explain how amazing it is to never have to think or shlep toilet paper home. Since I made the subscription to No Issues I never have to think about buying toilet paper, and to top it off it is a non issue because it is sustainable too! This is a no brainer…thank you for taking an issue that I didn’t know that I had off my hands!

I love these environmentally friendly tissues! The ‘candy crème’ tissues are super soft and don’t hurt my nose, had terrible colds this winter and can use these over and over and they are kind to my skin. I also love the pull out hand towels/ napkins. I use them mainly as napkins as they are soft enough and look sleek on my dining room table! They are also great out and about at the park for picnics. Great products

The 1/10 is for being environmentally friendly.

I’m sorry. I want to like these as I like that they are bamboo and there’s no plastic. Unfortunately, I’m sick and just finished my normal brand of tissues (3ply) so grabbed these out of my cupboard. No way are they 3 ply. 1 ply at best. When blowing it goes straight through almost. I don’t want to feel anything moist when using my tissues.

We love our No Issues toilet paper! I have a subscription with the Nude box, it’s the best as you never need to shlep any toilet paper back from the supermarket. We love the quality too, it’s soft, luxurious and great for the environment. Some environmentally friendly toilet paper can feel like they are substandard but not with No Issues. We also love the tissue cubes, they are so cool and work so well wherever I put them around the house. You won’t regret making a subscription, I’m so happy I did it!

BEWARE of this Company. “ No Issues ”

They have plenty of Issues with their product and customer service, pardon the pun.

It’s no surprise that they have a 2 star rating out of 5 for their product and customer service.

I received two faulty packets of their toilet paper, which were all falling apart.
I sent pictures to the company showing the faults.

At first the company came across as caring and said they would replace them, which you would think would be a pretty simple, quick, thing to do.

Things then went downhill, they constantly stalled, didn’t respond to message etc.
After over a month of excuses, I sent another message querying them.

They responded by saying the replacements have been sent.
I tried to respond to the message to thank them, but I could not as I had been blocked.

Of course I did NOT receive any replacement from them !!
what sort of a company would say that they sent out your replacement and then block you so you are unable to message them again. That says a lot in itself !

The owner is too busy posting pretentious photos on Instagram, instead of trying to run a proper business.

Obviously they have lost me a customer, but for any new people just be aware .

There’s plenty of other reputable bamboo toilet paper businesses around.

It’s earth friendly and it has a good quality material. It’s good to use something that is not harmful to the environment. I would definitely order more!

10/10 these are some very cool tissues and it came in just a week too! Would recommend!

This company deserves all the bad reviews, its website is useless, its customer service is non-existent. If I could give it zero stars, I would. If you want to buy bamboo eco-friendly toilet paper, it is available at Woolworths. The hassle of dealing with such a poor operation is way too stressful.

Steer clear of this company. Very poor communication and an average product. They over promise and under deliver.

First order was delayed for months, eventually received the whole 3 month subscription order at once. If they were unable to meet demand during the ordering spike in March/April 2020 they should have ceased taking new orders (that is what their competitor at Who Gives A Crap did - so they could reasonably fulfill the commitments to their existing customers - a much more ethical way to run a business).

Their Marketing/ordering process was deceiving. At the time I placed my order it appeared as if I was signing up for one off three month subscription where I would receive one box of toilet paper per month for 3 months.

After just receiving an email and charge on my credit card I became aware that they had continued the 3 monthly charge order and I am being sent another 3 months of a product I regretted ordering the first time.

I note they have now changed their website and it is much clearer when you order. They have added a check box to indicate if you are making a “one-time purchase” and you get to specify frequency for delivery. This was not the case when I placed my order. I was under the impression I was signing up for a one off 3 month subscription paid in advance for one box of toilet paper delivered monthly for 3 months. I had no idea they would continue to charge my account until I logged in to cancel my “subscription”.

I have now cancelled my “subscription”, but based in my previous experience with attempts to contact this company, I am quite sure they will fail to cancel the order as requested or issue the refund for the charge on my credit card.

So in essence I have issues with No Issues Tissues. Give them a miss

So many issues with this company which makes getting a subscription a huge financial risk! We bought a 3-month subscription which was initially delivered incorrectly. Then, the company completely ghosted us - 3 additional months with no communication, no fixing the incorrect delivery, no new deliveries, no responses to lots & lots of emails & calls. But all attempts to initiate a chargeback with our bank or take our case to VCAT were frustrated because of No Issues' 10-day cancellation policy - how could we know within 10 days we should cancel an order that was supposed to arrive in 2 months and never would? All we could do was wait around for No Issues to get its crap together while waiting with no product and no opportunity for a chargeback or refund. When No Issues did eventually offer a refund, they never gave the refund, but instead sent new shipments 3 months later than scheduled, which meant that if we wanted a refund, we'd have to ship back all of the boxes at our own expense. So, now we have all the loo paper they sent plus the loo paper we had to buy elsewhere in the meantime. Beware, get a subscription with this company at your own risk!

Great product....poor service and terrible communication.
I chose to try this product for lots of reasons and the loo paper is really great.
However, when I signed up delivery was advertised as being for early May....this was delayed, by nearly a month.
Then my second month supply did not turn up...no communication.
Then a generic email from the CE talking about the huge demand and what the company was doing to manage the growth....nothing to provide any specific information about timeframes etc.
When I emailed seeking an update it took over a week to get a response. The response was a blank email with an attachment that would not open. I responded letting them know I could not open the attachment and could they provide the update...a week later I got the same blank email and attachment that would not open. I responded again and nearly another week later an email telling me about their unprecedented demand again and that the remained of my subscription ( so 2 months at once) should arrive this week.
I understand the challenges they have faced with COVID etc but they should do better at communicating with customers.
Don’t think I will order more.

We've had the same experience others are reporting here. We paid in full for a 3-month supply in March, received an incorrect first shipment in April, then complete communication silence until early July. During this time, No Issues failed to correct the incomplete first shipment or send the second or third shipments. Many many emails have gone unanswered and an email promising a refund in early July has resulted in no refund or response to any of our follow-up emails, two weeks later. Also, for over a month we've received a daily automated email saying "Your credit card has been declined" - these emails have not stopped despite repeated reminders that no money is owing for our (unfulfilled) order and No Issues is not authorised to charge our credit card further. We've been patient knowing that COVID has caused challenges, but the lack of any communication from April to July is a fundamental issue with this company's ability to function or keep customers trusting them. Problems can occur, but if you don't communicate any realistic steps you're doing to try to fix those problems, holding onto our money is simply robbery.

I just want to confirm the other complaints on here. I paid for my TP two months ago. After one month, I sent an email. They said they would post "in a few days". Another month has gone by. No Issues has MANY issues. It's a long time between wipes.

Placed and paid for order 2/04/20. Received delivery delay notification 3/05/20. Followed up 26/05/20. Followed up again 10/06/20. Followed up again today 24/06/20. No replies. No order. Have requested a refund. No reply. Company obviously troubled. Do not spend money here.

Over 2.5 months waiting for the order, only response was a form email that was still 3 days after my enquiry! Will absolutely not be ordering from them ever again and will be recommending that others avoid.

Have been waiting for over 2 months for our delivery, valued over $180. This company advertised on Facebook as a genuine Australian company when many Australians were having difficulties finding toilet paper. Very low act.....

Should be minus stars! No delivery, refund requested, pay pal issues then retracts refund. Paypal and I both contact company. Nil response. I am $52 OUT OF POCKET with no way to retrieve my money and no goods delivered. Beware!

A product that was supposed to take a few weeks for delivery took nearly two months! And disappointingly is made in China. To be honest I think they forgot about my order and only dispatched it after I asked for a refund. My niece bought her bulk order at the same time as me from a different supplier and got them in 3 weeks so there’s no excuses for this poor service.

Charged but never delivered. Took advantage of toilet paper supply. Promised delivery - never delivered.

No Issue tissues don’t even deserve one star. They took advantage of the lack of toilet paper and allowed customers to purchase toilet paper when they had no stock.Two months later and no sign of my toilet paper and no response to my email; I requested a refund through my credit card company which was processed within a few days. Do not order from here.
