I know, like, and trust the owner Rich Whitenack. I have known him & had experience with him over the years.
Rich is trustworthy and straight forward. He is not running a McDojo. He runs a serious martial arts school for good citizens and their kids to train and learn at. The other reason I chose No Joke is that it is conveniently located to my Home and Business which makes it possible for me to get my Son there 3 times a week. This review is my opinion, but it is accurate and truthful.

The MMA sensi Danny is creepy towards the children's mother's and it's very unsettling. How he is allowed to do what he does is deplorable.

Incredible! Everyone there, from the instructors, to the owners, to the students and participants, are humble and want to help. One of the friendliest, most accomodating martial arts centers I have ever been in! Trevor and Rich are just incredible, and go way above and beyond. Have questions? Just ask. Have concerns? No problem. The friendly, inclusive atmosphere and openness are a breath of fresh air that will put you at ease. And all the things they do for veterans, as well as the youth programs, are just exceptional examples of building community!

Very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and great place to start littles at. My 4 year old has learned so much already and has gained a lot of confidence! They’re VERY patient, work with the kids very well, and most importantly they all have fun.

What a great instructor that has a great deal of patience and kindness for each child. All staff members are helpful and kind at every class.

Would choose any other gym! My son and I both attend and the instructors for both levels are great, if you want to learn to ACTUALLY practice multiple martial arts this is the place

My son just started kick boxing and he LOVES it! I am so happy to watch him try something totally out of his comfort zone. Looking forward to watching him grow in this sport. Thanks so much!!

No Joke is amazing for mixed martial arts classes and BJJ classes. My daughter has been going there for several years. She has gained so much confidence. Danny and Rich are amazing teachers. We've even tried out the yoga. Which was a wonderful work out unfortunately that has limited availability being on Thursdays nights which no longer works for our schedule but I highly recommend it if your looking for a good year round yoga class.

We enjoy coming to NO JOKE. My son did mixed martial arts when he was younger and wanted to try some other thing so we left. But No Joke was never to far off my son's mind. Now he is older a teen he asked to go back. We have returned and he is excited. Everyone is great very welcoming and nice and really encouraging. Even the people who take classes there we don't know have been very welcoming and really has helping my son. No matter your age or size it really is and family friendly place and would recommend it. This place is awesome. Everyone that works there is great!

I gave it four stars because I come from an old skool boxing.Where boxing was only thought and in not use d to holding pads for anyone. Other then my opinion everything else is great the classes are motivating and challenging.

The staff at No Joke is really great! The atmosphere is fun, high energy, and very supportive. I'm completely new to kickboxing but after only 2 weeks, I don't feel like a such a newbie.
