If this is the owner of the Smart Entry app that Trojan Storage in CA has adopted, they stink. It has a useless "forgot password" function that then sends you an email with a code and hyperlink to Login. Doesn't work. Then if you go back to the page where you can enter the code, the code doesn't work. Storage facilities are a BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY in the US! You'da thunk someone with some smarts would have developed an industry app that works! Gave notice and moving out. I'm not going to use this app.

We spent $200,000 on the Noke system with Janus and I will have to say it has been a nightmare working with this team. The connectivity has been faulty since the beginning and the customer service and field technicians are horrendous as well. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.

Got a Noke U lock and emailed support for help several times with Serial number blue tooth I.D. and error codes and sent photo of my purchase showing box with product, fittings and instructions but no reply.
Really disgusted with this firm and would suggest they be avoided considering the cost of this lock.
