poorly designed bed legs, zero customer service

The bed was sent with at least one defective leg. I sent pictures of the broken piece and asked for a replacement. For the first week, using the customer service email, I was ignored completely. After that I began mailing to the "contact us" email. I was told "someone would be in touch today" to resolve the issue, and each time, nobody was in contact. Each time I reiterated that all I wanted was a replacement and to return another untouched item that I had no need for. This company absolutely refuses to do the right thing.

Nokhu does not provide customer service

I ordered two nokhu racks and mats. When I received them, I opened 1 rack and 1 mat box to check the fit. After finding out that two racks would not fit, I began what would turn out to be a several week process to try to return 1 rack and mat. The company had me take photos to prove the issue and still took a LONG time processing the return. Finally, I returned via FEdEx. After a few weeks, I emailed the company and they told me the items weren't in their system. I checked the tracking number on my receipt to find out the items had arrived a week earlier. Now, I have emailed them 5 times with no reply. I really feel that they are ripping me off on purpose.

DO NOT BUY

This product should be on sale for $75 at wal mart at most. This is not something that should sell for $300 with shipping. You have to remove slats that are held on by velcro to be able to fold and put it up. Mine arrived with one slat broken. This was not a great experience.

Never received product, not refunded

Never received product, no refund.
I ordered a PackRack from this company in April 2025. I confirmed with the company they shipped to the UK and they were very responsive to queries prior to purchase, replying immediately or the same day.
After a week without hearing about shipping or estimated arrival date, I enquired as to the status of the order and got no response. I made 4 further enquires over a period of two weeks (mixture of email and webform submissions) all of which went unanswered.
I then sent an email requesting a refund and received a response, stating they would look into where the order was.
This was never followed up.
Multiple further emails were sent, the majority of which went without any reply, and despite asking multiple times, I was never provided with shipping or tracking numbers or even confirmation this has been posted.
I again asked for a refund, again this was ignored.
I submitted a chargeback via PayPal and this prompted a response from the company who said they were ‘looking into the issue today’, cue further stalling and lack of responses.
I was prepared to give the company the benefit of the doubt- they stated that there was an issue with tariffs causing delays - however this appears to have been a stalling tactic, as the PayPal escalation date passed and the company again went silent to enquiries. My fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt.
After multiple more ignored emails I finally wrote a message on their social media which prompted a response. Again, I was promised a refund would be actioned “today”.
This was a week ago (we are now June, two months after the first email was sent asking for a tracking number or refund), and this refund is yet to materialise.
I am appalled at the customer service here. Further to that, I believe at this stage no refund has ever been intended, and that they have employed stalling tactics throughout the process, meaning deadlines have passed with chargeback and PayPal claims.
I would strongly recommend anyone planning on ordering from this company who is outside of the US to reconsider. I am $300 poorer for a product I believe was never even posted.
Lesson learnt my end, and in the future I will recognise these stalling techniques- naively I assumed they were incompetent and acting in good faith rather than acting with malicious intent.
