Delivery with fedex
On your website you say delivery is with dhl, in fact it was fedex which went so bad. The bike was delivered one day earlier than announced and no information about when. They only delivered to the ground floorsnd not to my flat. If I would knew that before I would have not have ordered. Wirh thw bike so far all seems fine

We bought a Nokoblaze. Delivery was very fast. The bike is beautifully finished. It's very comfortable to ride, and the motor is powerful. All the materials feel solid. The people at Nokobike provide excellent service and are very approachable! Definitely recommended for the price !

great bike, great service, only one point there is no lock on the bike and the standard locks wont fit because the frame has nog round frame.

Order and receiving proces without any problems at all. Assembly without any problems and short test ride was fine. Due to weather conditions here in Denmark a more thorough test will have to wait until spring. But all is looking good!

Bike arrived well packaged within 10 days of placing the order. The assembly process wasn't as easy as other ebikes I have purchased - the handlebar was quite tricky to mount and secure. The motor is powerful but not silent and the lights are bright but do not turn on or off unless you apply the exact pressure and timing. There are 5 levels of assistance indicated but there doesn't seem to be much difference between 1 and 5 - however because the motor is powerful level 1 is adequate. The bike is easy to ride, comfortable and stable.
