Terrible experience
Terrible experience, waste of money spent on worthless jewellery. Hoping Australia does let thieves operated through their system.
This "company" agreed to refund (after extensive email exchange. Spent nearly $20 returning items to provided address (in China) in October 2025. Today 12/01/2026 received the parcel back as "unclaimed". Please do not fall into it - a total scam!

This company is a major disgrace and the robbery in a daylight! It's a scam.
Please don't let them thrive at your cost. I received the items which suppose to be a silver but received a cheap trash from China. As I refused to accept it I decided to send it back. To be able to send it back to China it took over 50 emails to get the necessary details for the Customs Declaration. I've done everything Catherine - Dispute manager wanted, she solemnly promised that soon they will receive I will get a full refund. The only one detail she "forgot" to disclose that they refuse to accept the parcel what Australian Post Office confirmed that this is their common practise. After 4 months I receive my parcel back with the labels "REFUSED" and "UNCLAIMED". These people are a pathological liars. The moral values for them is an unknown term.
Hopefully one day the karma will reach them in a such a nasty way as they treated so many honest people.
Today I wanted to "thank them" for the whole process and my email was bounced back with the message the address doesn't exist".
I contacted Scam Watchers, PayPal but it was a waste of time.
BEWARE
BEWARE, just have reported them to consumer affairs and scamwatch, says store in melbourne its actually an overseas scamming fake online account, no phone number, no email address, no physical address, and because its overseas consumer affairs australia cannot do anything, just lost my money & worst of all Paypal is supporting scammers, so pissed off...people do not buy from here!

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I have asked repeatedly for my return to no avail. This has been going on since August. Do not, do not buy anything from this company. I guess I will not be getting my credit.
SCAM!
SCAM!
Poor quality, cheap jewelry.
Items are not as described, one of them I didn't even order. The items that arrived were nothing like the pictures, the metals were plastic.
Wanted a refund offered to keep item with 10% refund, I declined.
They offered 30% refund. I declined and returned the items in the manner they requested. I was told the refund would be processed once the goods were returned.
The parcel has been returned to me, uncollected.
I've emailed them, email address not working.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I was led to believe I was purchasing mand made, local jewelry but it was plastic made in China.
When I asked for a refund they wanted ohitos of each item and packaging etc. It went back and forward for a while. Finally theyoffered 10%. I declined and requested an address to return items and a full refund. They then offered 20% describing it as their "final offer". I declined again.
They then gave me an address in China to return the items stating they won't refund until they have received the items. If not received by 20 days after purchase- No refund.
The time has now lapsed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Totally misleading website – refund only after strong complaint
The brand pretends to be a Melbourne designer “closing down,” but everything is mass-produced in China with poor quality. They refused to refund until I sent a formal complaint. Be very careful – not a genuine Australian business.
Absolute scam
My grandmother almost bought jewerwry off there, luckily she asked me and I suspected it was AI generated. Weird how there was no contact phone number, only noticed because of PleasentGreen on YouTube.
Goodness knows what they would've done.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Items are available on cheap websites and are not handcrafted or uniques. Have reported to scam watch and others should do the same so that it is removed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!
The jewellery is junk +++. As soon as it arrived, in its snap locked bags with barcodes, I contacted them and asked how to return with their 30-day return policy. Their first response, “what alternate piece of jewellery would you like” I refused. Their second response “we can offer you 10% refund”. I refused. Third response 20% refund, and keep the jewellery. I refused. Final response “30% refund”…I accepted, decided to count my losses and give the jewellery to charity, someone may want it for dress up.
This scam needs to be reported to authorities
This scam needs to be reported to Australian authorities. They are using an old woman's face to say she is closing down her shop. THis needs to be shut down immediately ITS A SCAM FROM CHINA.
Absolute sham
Absolute sham
Bought a ring that lost its stone within days of ownership
Direct refusal to replace or refund
What a pack of charlatans
Will be reporting to A.C.C.C.
Save your money and do not buy from these low life's.
I should have checked these reviews…
I should have checked these reviews prior to purchasing. If I could give minus 5 for this scam, I would. The quality can only be described as...something you would get from a 20 cent machine. So I tried to get a refund - do not believe their '30 refund for any reason' policy on their website. They will not give you the address to return the shitty items and offer you a 10% refund and, lucky me, I can keep the shitty items. No way. Have just lodged a dispute with PayPal - avoid at all costs, this website and their products are a SCAM SCAM SCAM. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Do not make the same mistake as me - do not purchase from this site.
1 star is to much

I was scammed for $50 from this Chinese…
I was scammed for $50 from this Chinese based company. The earrings that I paid for and received were very different from the photos shown by the company. Completely false advertising.
The company wanted ME to pay to return the plastic earrings to receive a 20 % refund.
A friend borrowed the horrible plastic to wear. One of the earrings broke when she touched it.
Please don't waste your money on these deceitful liars.
To say this is a rip off is an…
To say this is a rip off is an understatement! They allude that these are made by the owner and yet clearly made in bulk in China! The quality is poor and nothing like there images. Do not use this site.
Wish I’d read a review earlier one…
Wish I’d read a review earlier one earring was faulty & because it was outside 30 day return period they refused to replace. They are a rubbish company !
WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY
WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! They claim their jewellery is expensive, it won’t tarnish but it’s a load of CRAP!! They tarnish in 2 days and offer you a 20% discount to keep it. That’s nothing if you can’t wear them again!!!! It’s always different people answering you and there is no NOLA in Melbourne!!! These people are scammers in China!!!! So angry I got sucked in!!!
Read reviews before purchasing any good buys.
This company is a scam. I should have realized seeing the huge reduction in prices. It is not a little old lady closing up shop. The jewellery is acrylic not gold. They are based in Kowloon not Melbourne. After a lot of emails to them I contacted my bank & Shop. I got a full refund through my bank and the app Shop have closed down payments to Nola.
