I am very unhappy with my experience…

I am very unhappy with my experience with Nola Moon Jewellery. The jewellery I received was poor quality, tatty, and absolutely not worth the price paid. It looked nothing like I would expect for the cost and felt cheap on arrival.

Customer service has been a complete shambles. I tried to raise concerns about the quality and received no meaningful response. Now, coincidentally, their website and Facebook page appear to have been shut down, leaving me unable to contact them at all.

This has left me out of pocket with no way to resolve the issue. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, as there appears to be no aftercare or accountability once payment has been taken.

This website is absolutely appalling. They advertise as a clean and reliable jewellery buisness, claiming their products are “hydroallergenic” and “gold”. Far from either. Whatever u do do not put these in your ears. For the past month I have had 9 very angry ear piercing infections and jewellery that turned literally BLACK after 48 hour wear. Vile. Been trying to contact through email, tiktok and instagram sent countless messages and emails and yet to respond after weeks. Do not purchase!

One star is generous

One star is generous! Customer service is non existent! If your ok waiting months for your order, then go ahead. How embarrassing as a business to charge these prices and have poor customer service and shipping. I should have done better research!! I ordered on December 6th amd still have yet to receive products or shipping info! I keep getting the same generic email when ask questions.

Totally useless service in this day and…

Totally useless service in this day and age. Ordered on the 7th December to find out 7 working days to process the order lol (11 days realistically).
When I enquired , I then find out it's 15 working days delivery once it's been processed?? (21 days realistically) lol again!!
So over a month to arrive ???
Save your time and money!
I'll be using the chargeback scheme once it arrives in 2026

1 star is to kind. I ordered 2 sets of earings, gold and silver for gifts, they were posted in two seperate deleveries, the silver arrived, then the next parcel arrived 2 weeks later in open damaged packaging with a small face serum inside!!! I have tried to contact them several times, no response, absolute joke, don't order from here.

Scams- ordered 3 sets

Scams- ordered 3 sets. 1 set received, tacky. I contacted them about the other 2 sets they told me they were shipped- I sent them back the tracking showing USPS confiscated for postage due. No response- I’ve sent two more requests for a refund still no response.

STAY AWAY & DO NOT PURCHASE. Cheap rubbish from Temu which breaks after one wear. They then ignore emails to refund and resolve. The company lied on the charge back and I also I had my card cloned. STAY AWAY

One star is to many for this company

One star is to many for this company. I ordered a pair of earrings and when the first lot were lost they were emailing my and did send another pair out but what i was sent could not be classed as earrings. The backs are bent and the back does not stay on. There are meant to be four diamond stones in them and only one in each earring. And now they will not reply to me. How can they still be advertising as a jewellery company

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. After 2 weeks of waiting my order still has not been dispatched. Ask them to cancel the order & was told I couldn’t. Scam company!

First off

First off - you have to contact them by email and they do not respond for at least 24 hours. I bought earrings that are so tiny they would fit a baby - they are too small for me. I read the return policy and it said you can return within 7 days of delivery. I contacted them yesterday and today they told me they were final sale. I should have read the reviews before I dealt with this "company" - they suck

Avoid

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I placed an order on 9/9/25. One pair of earrings arrived 28/9/2025 and there was no update on the second part of my order. I received an update from the courier on 02/10/2025 advising they had lost the parcel. I forwarded the email on to the ‘customer service’ department and the responses were few and far between. I can appreciate it was the courier that lost the item but the communication from this company is terrible. They also have the cheek to charge you postage protection with no option to opt out of the fee. I was eventually offered a refund or a replacement. As this was originally intended as a gift I opted for the replacement. I had no email back to confirm anything and when I emailed again requesting an update I was, unfortunately, responded to by ‘Emma J’. She advised me that ‘repeated follow-ups do not speed things up’ which I find a poor excuse for their abysmal customer services and I don’t know how she has a job in customer services if that is how she responds to people. I also work in a job where people will contact and ask for updates on orders and as you would expect we also experience delays but would never dream of telling a customer that is waiting for an item they had paid for that asking for an update won’t get them anywhere. The ‘customer service’ is an absolute disgrace. My parcel eventually arrived 25/10/2025, 46 days after ordering. I wish I could say it was worth the wait but the quality is below the standard I was expecting. Disappointing experience to say the least

Tried to cancel but they said I couldn’t, even though the item has not been dispatched. It’s still not been dispatched and now they are just not replying. Looks like it might just be a scam company!

Terrible quality

Terrible quality. This is SHEIN level jewelry at department store prices. I paid $28 for a necklace that is less than $2 on SHEIN. It even came in the cheap packaging with the bar code sticker on the bar. They advertise all their jewelry is made of precious metals; however, mine says right on the package that it’s stainless steel. That is NOT a precious metal. I bought the necklace as a gift and it’s too cheap to gift. Also very slow shipping. I had to email and ask about my items because it had been 10 days with no shipping update.

Worst customer service ever. Took weeks to get part of my order and have emailed four times enquiring about outstanding delivery and yet again no reply ! Packaging was poor on first order received. Majorly disappointed.
