I am so impressed with this company
I am very impressed with this company. Their communication response is the best I’ve ever experienced. Easy to order and quick shipping/delivery. The hard part is making a decision and style and color. I love the covers and have already ordered a second set.

Surprised a rep responded as well with even more specific answers to my questions and made recommendations based on my needs so I ordered 3 more covers for the remaining cushions and we'll see which hold up better to use across the whole sactional.

Prompt and polite
Customer service was prompt and polite. Kept me up to date with my purchase delivery status. So far so good; should be getting my goods soon! 😁
Update: Although their customer service is great, the delivery of the goods is at a different level. Ordered February 21 and I finally got it March 18. 🙁 They omit to tell you when you are ordering that their will be additional charges in shipping... paid and extra $90.95 for Duty, GST/HST & a customs handling fee. It would have been a useful heads up to know this!!!!
Long story short; I have my order, I have put it on my sofa and I'm very happy with the product. I had to pay the little extra, but I would say that it was worth it.

Charged me more Without my approval.
Made an order on there website, a few days later they charged me more to my PayPal without asking or explaining why. My order said it would take 5-10 business days. I’m on day 10 and my order is still not sent out. I’ve ordered in the past and product is ok… but never again.

Regarding the payment, the charge you are seeing is not a second charge made by us. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding with the total order amount. The amount reflected in your PayPal account includes the full order total, including tax, which is clearly indicated in the order confirmation you received at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not have the ability to charge a PayPal account twice without a separate order being placed.
You will only be charged through PayPal when an order is successfully placed. If there is still any confusion regarding the transaction, we recommend reviewing the transaction details directly in your PayPal account or contacting PayPal support for further clarification.

The company really wants to make you happy. If they see there is a problem with quality, they address it. Great customer service but make sure you check terms of sale. Please order up a size when measuring- Especially back pillows.

Amazing customer service!
Ordered 2 large chaise covers and I was happy that my order was processed so quickly because it was only a few days later that it was delivered. The quality of the covers are very good. They also have amazing customer service! One cover had a little brown stain on the top when I opened the package but I reached out to customer service and they quickly rectified the issue by sending a replacement. I ordered several more pieces!
