Don't recommend

First received the wrong product and the replacement arrived damaged, half empty. 2 weeks later, still missing my order.

Hi Paul,

Sadly, sometimes human error causes us to send the wrong products to customers. In these cases, as yours, we immediately send out a new package with the correct product and let you keep the first received product.

You have definately had very bad luck when DHL damaged the second package during transport, and we do apologize for that.

You will receive your third package soon with the correct product undamaged. Hopefully we will get this sorted soon.
