We recently worked with Matthew on our Nolte kitchen, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Matthew was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what we wanted, offering practical suggestions without being pushy.

The Nolte kitchen itself is very high quality, solid build, and everything fits together perfectly. The finish and storage solutions are impressive, and it’s clearly built to last.

Installation was smooth and well-organised, and any small issues were dealt with quickly.

We are very pleased with both the product and the service from Matthew— we would definitely recommend.

Please don’t waste time to go Bath branch they don’t stick with there promises. We went there for new kitchen and they designed it and we said we want to discuss with family and let you know. Then he said I give you deal you put deposit of £1000 and we held this deal.
If you don’t want to go ahead with us please let us know by Tuesday and we revert this transaction. We emailed them on Monday that’s we don’t want to go ahead from last 2 weeks I am waiting for money we emailed him again he said it’s not easy to revert money we have do money laundering check. Please be aware from this guys 

I can not praise Nolte Kiitchens Wilmslow enough! Matt has been amazing, from the original design through to the after sales service, he couldn't have been more helpful. He replied to all emails and always answered and returned calls sometimes when he wasn't even at work. He even managed to change both the delivery date and fitting of two of the kitchens when the building projects over ran, then rebooking one of them at short notice to ensure the project was finished within our original timescale.
The delivery teams were all great, keeping us updated on their arrival times and delivering all items in a helpful and efficient manner.
The kitchen fitters were all also a pleasure to deal with from the team who stayed in a hotel over night to accomodate fitting outside of their usual area to Paul who fit both kitchens at my house, thank you! You were all great!
I have now had three kitchens from Nolte for three separate properties within the last 12 months. The whole experience has been a pleasure from start to finish. Thank you Matt and team, I will definitely be using you again in the very near future :)

We chose Nolte Kitchens in Wilmslow after a recommendation, and after very positive visits to the showroom. We had our own designer, but Navid Karagah from Nolte worked so well with both ourselves and our designer. Navid was very professional and extremely helpful with everything before, during and after the kitchen installation. All the contractors were extremely professional, cannot fault them. We are so happy with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Navid and Nolte Kitchens.

It didn’t take us long to decide NOLTE Kitchens were our preferred supplier after considering a number of premium products. We came away with a warm feeling on a drop-in visit simply to view the product ranges. We followed on with our first design appointment with Jeff and Sabeeha who were both excellent and quickly translated our vision through further sessions and site visits into the kitchen of our dreams. Building works dictated timing of kitchen delivery and installation, translating a room full of boxes into the basic layout in a few days, then over a couple of weeks completion of templated worktops and services. Every component is so well designed. It looks amazing, can’t quite believe it’s ours every morning we walk in, so say our visitors too. Well done Jeff & Sabeeha and the team behind NOLTE.

The customer service throughout my kitchen project fell well below the standard I expected, especially given the level of investment. While the kitchen now looks good and the overall product quality is fine, the process to get to this point was far more stressful than it should have been.

There were several issues along the way. Design details were overlooked, such as tap placement in relation to a window, and there was confusion around the unit finish. When I raised concerns about the colour and finish not matching what I had selected in the showroom, I was initially told that these were decisions I had made, which was not the case. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of an error or misunderstanding, the responsibility felt shifted back onto me. The Slide and Hide oven, which had been confirmed in writing, was also later removed without clear communication and required escalation to resolve.

There were also delays with the worktop and splashback installations. More importantly, when issues were raised, the handling of those concerns often felt defensive rather than solution-focused, which added unnecessary stress at a stage when clarity and reassurance were needed.

I do want to highlight that the fitting and installation staff, particularly Viktor, were kind, patient and clearly did their best to help on site. They were professional in their manner and more proactive in trying to resolve practical issues. The difficulties I experienced were more related to project oversight, communication and sales or management handling rather than the fitting team themselves.

Although the issues were eventually addressed, the resolution itself was not satisfactory. I was required to pay to correct the Slide and Hide oven mistake, which was their error. No accountability was taken on their part.

The kitchen now looks good and functions well, but the overall customer service experience has left a poor impression and falls well below the standard expected, especially for the level of investment.

I started the process of upgrading my kitchen with Nolte Kitchens Milton Keynes in January 2025.
From the beginning Tom Pigram was brilliant, he listened to what my vision was & when the renders were produced, it was exactly what I wanted.
The quality of the kitchen is superb & the kitchen fitter (Dom) did a fabulous job.
The post sale support from Tom & his team has been excellent.

Fantastic from the minute we arrived at the Nottingham showroom and met Jeff. Brilliant design was produced which surpassed our expectations, Jeff asked lots of relevant questions and really understood what we needed. Communication was excellent at all times and both Jeff and Sabeeha were a delight to work with. Kitchen arrived on time, it not only looks fabulous (it's transformed the space) and built to a high standard but works perfectly for us. Everyone that visits loves it and is really impressed.

Nolte in Milton Keynes are nothing short of great. Tom and the team worked patiently with us to get our dream kitchen, offering muck needed advice and expertise along the way. When it came to fitting, Dom is definitely a perfectionist as his work is immaculate. Any niggles were dealt with immediately, and Tom was always on hand throughout the whole process. I can't praise them enough and given everyone says that our kitchen looks straight out of a magazine, the German quality speaks for itself. I would highly recommend.

Nolte in Amersham deserve 5 stars for the whole sequence of events culminating in us having a beautiful new Nolte kitchen fitted. Maria Miles at the Amersham showroom is a creative and accurate planner, diligent and fully focussed on customer service. Even when the built-in Siemens oven had a faulty fan, (not a Nolte product obviously) Maria helped get it exchanged by Siemens quickly and without fuss. Brilliant. The Nolte design of drawer units is unique to my knowledge, in that the slightly taller German units give so much extra space than standard UK units, with no negatives at all. We’re very pleased we found Nolte. We cannot recommend Maria and Nolte Amersham products highly enough.

Super happy with my new Nolte kitchen! The showroom is amazing – really big, with lots of options and materials to see in real life, which helped a lot when choosing.

Luis, the manager, was fantastic throughout the whole process – very professional, always on time, and really attentive to the details. The installation team were careful and efficient, and even the tiniest issues were fixed straight away.

The final result looks stunning – I went for stainless steel combined with black burned-wood style facades, and everyone who visits my home is blown away by it.

Nolte Kitchens in Wilmslow create truly innovative, beautiful, and high-quality kitchens. My experience was exceptional from start to finish, thanks to the incredibly skilled and talented kitchen designer, Navid Karagah. His attention to detail from the initial design stage right through to managing the entire project was outstanding. His devotion and passion for his work really shine through, and I’ve never felt so confident throughout a home project.

The icing on the cake was the craftsmanship of Paul, the fitter. His skill, care, and meticulous attention to detail made all the difference in bringing the design to life. Both Navid and Paul are a real asset to Nolte. I now have the kitchen of my dreams, and I couldn’t be happier!

Luis did an excellent job squeezing everything into my small kitchen space. Installation was very straightforward, build quality is excellent and the kitchen continues to work brilliantly. Highly recommended.

Stephen at Nolte in Southport did a great design, and really listened to our requirements. The kitchen arrived from Germany, with a few elements that had been damaged, and Nolte spotted these and ordered replacements without being asked. The quality of the kitchen is way above what we saw in other showrooms, and the end result is incredible.

The amount of thought that went into the design and the quality of the kitchen itself are very evident. Our design team were always attentive and helpful - never pushing for the order and offering alternatives when we wanted changes. **Desperate for someone from Nolte / BKNC to get in touch with us to purchase an additional matching cupboard**

We purchased a New Build property in April 2025 and our Utility cupboards in our downstairs toilet were supplied by Nolte / BNKC. All we want to do is purchase an additional cupboard for this and is proving to be the most difficult task ever! Have spoken to the sales team who just take details and say someone will call us back - which they never do.
I ended up speaking to Luis Rodriguez (Showroom Manager London) who again passed on my details for someone to get in touch but again we never hear anything.

All I want o do is buy another cupboard from you to match the ones you already have installed.

Vivian, the designer of my new kitchen at Nolte Westminster was very firendly, knowledgeable and professional, provided me with great design options and quotes very quickly, and supported me throughout the selection, design and installation of the kitchen. Delivery and installation lasted far longer than expected, but she remained responsive, helpful and supportive throughout the project. Together with Luis, the team at the Westminster showroom is highly recommended.
