They responded fast and solved my…

They responded fast and solved my issue. I had purchased an AirPods case from them, and the cap kept falling off. This has not happened with my other cases. I have bought a few in the past. So I reached out, they asked for video and photos, and within 5 minutes, they already sent out a replacement. That is amazing service. And they have amazing products.

Do not order if outside the US

Do not order if outside the US - return costs are responsibility of the buyer and must be returned to Hong Kong which is prohibitively expensive within the return timeframe. iPhone 17 leather case is unusable because of false positives on the capacitive camera button

I’ve used these cases before several…

I’ve used these cases before several times, this is the first time that a case of mine from nomad was “defective”. I sent a email to them stating my issue, within 12 hours I had a response requesting photos of the issue. I supplied the needed photos and within 15 minutes I had a response and a replacement order sent.
Truly amazing customer service and care from the nomad team, a clear reason why they are my favorite company for cases.

Huge kudos and accolades to Marie in customer service.
I had received a nice email from Nomad Goods offering a free gift with my first purchase, but checked out before I added it to my cart.
I replied to the email that I had messed things up, and Marie graciously sorted it and added the gift to my order without being asked.

Nice product, great support team

I purchased the Nomad Rocky Point Band (Atlantic Blue) for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 and really like the overall design and build quality. It looks rugged, premium, and fits the Ultra 2 perfectly.

There were some minor issues with the band, but Nomad’s customer service was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and handled the warranty process smoothly, which made a big difference.

Great product backed by reliable after-sales support. I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend Nomad.

I encountered an issue with the unit…

I encountered an issue with the unit that they sent me. I emailed them, and they resolved the issue. They did the right thing, and they stand behind their products. They responded. The process was a bit tedious because they issued a credit that wasn’t enough to cover the difference, but we resolved it. I have a new product, and it works exceptionally well, so I'm super happy about the outcome of the product and ultimately their customer service, which resolves the issue. They did the right thing, and they stand behind their products.

Excellent customer support

I broke the pin on the adjustment tool for my Nomad watch band. I emailed customer support and received a quick response asking for needed information. Within just a few days new pins for my adjustment tool arrived in the mail and customer support emailed me a link to an instructional video. My watch band is now a perfect fit for my wrist. All of this great service was provided without any additional cost.

I had a problem with a cracked screen…

I had a problem with a cracked screen protector that I didn't feel I caused, but could not say. Much to my surprise, Nomad offered to replace it for free. That is above and beyond what I expected and makes me realize that my several purchases from Nomad were valued and meaningful to them.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!

Bought a phone case (which came with a free ChargeKey V2) over Black Friday.

FedEx had a major service failure and routed packages through some weird facility in Belgium in a city I've never ever heard of. I was convinced my package was lost.

Nomad, however, responded to my customer support email quickly and were so kind. They refunded me the 15 GBP FedEx straight away. And kept me updated saying they had contacted FedEx to tell them to look into it.

After a few days, package was released and arrived safely.

Thank you very much Lily, a member of the Nomad Support Team — and Nomad as a whole for being a brand that puts effort into customer support.
